Stay was okay. There was hairs inside the sheets and in closet had q-tips on the floor dirty ones. Toilet wasn’t as well. But overall it was an okay stay.

When booking I had booked a king size , had trouble from the start then it said I had chosen a 2 bed room instead. When we got there hotel was hosting an event and was full of people…hotel should at least let people know when events like these are happening. The room was dirty, and no trash bags provided. Shower curtain to high up water was dripping everywhere on the floor, also asked for a beachfront room and they gave me a room towards the parking lot. Got this hotel since it had all amenities and did not enjoy any of them!

Didn’t like parking Had to walk over 300 yards to get back to hotel from parking across the main road. And it was raining. The sink was not draining and held water the noise was loud around our room during night and early morning no water was provided in this he room even cheap hotels provide that. Will not stay there again nor will my family. Allowing kids in the bar was not good either.

It is a nice resort style hotel, by the beach beautiful pool and plenty of restaurant options
The internet never worked while we were there, the ice machine in our floor was also not working. The persons at the front desk were not friendly at all and they blamed they couldn’t do much for us because we had reserved through a 3rd party 😳

Very unfriendly and rude staff. This place is very stark. Does not look or feel like a family-friendly beachfront hotel, but rather like a no frills motel somewhere in a business area.

This property was right on the beach and was wonderful. It was very clean, and the staff was friendly. The pool was also wonderful and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Plan for parking! We stayed for the whole 3rd week in Aug (Sun-Friday). Parking was always a problem. Was told every day that parking was open and only reserved for guests between 12a-6a. Parking tag did not matter unless you found a parking spot and stayed over night. We were constantly told to park across the street if no parking was available.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days.
The place was very clean. The rooms were comfortable. Parking is very limited in the property and there's an extra section across the street which is not very convenient.
The chairs and umbrellas are not included in your stay so be prepared to pay extra $40.00 a day!! We had an issue with the telephone in our room which we reported the very first day and was never fixed. The fire alarms were activated at 2 am twice and we couldn't call from our room. We had to go out from the room to report the issue. Overall it was ok.

Didn’t actually stay at the hotel due eating at a restaurant offsite, getting sick and being rushed to the hospital. I was due to stay 3 nights but only stayed 1 night. The management staff was so nice and helpful. They were only able to comp 1 night but I’m very grateful for that. Gotta go back.

Biggest downfall is the lack of parking. We had to park in overflow which is across the street of the hotel.

We were very excited about our stay here, but I’ll tell you. The beds are like sleeping in county. Staff is ok, not a dirty place but the beds are horrible.

The place was nice, the ac in the 5th floor and in my room didn’t work well. Found sheets with dry blood. No parking available, had to park down the street.

Friendly and respectful staff. The rooms are spacious and the hotel is clean.
Some of the amenities are outdated, one machine at the gym is broken, the little bridges over the swimming pool are rusty.
The pastry at the cafe is old, been sitting there for some time.
It’s okay for the price.
