Charming, cozy cabin. Comfortable bed and great shower. Microwave, small fridge, and a hot plate. Breakfasts were simple, but good choices (hard-boiled eggs, fruit, cereals, yogurts, and *wonderful* homemade pastries). Pool and hot tub available, with limited hours. Setting is a working small farm with cows, horses, chickens, and goats on premises.
Arrowhead is very convenient to the east entrance of Zion National Park (20-ish minutes) and about an hour to Bryce Canyons National Park. Dining options are limited—there’s a fun restaurant about 5 minutes down the road but we also drove about 20 minutes to Kanab for dinner another night.

What is not to like about this place? Individual cabins are placed throughout a working farm. There are chickens, goats, horses, cows, geese, donkeys...friendly kitties and hummingbirds galore. Even though we were close to the road you could still see the dark sky and the Milky Way. The backdrop is gorgeous- mountains galore! The cabins are very clean and well cared for. The host was wonderful to meet. We can't wait to go back.

It was a quiet beautiful property with cows in the pasture and horses in a corral. Very nice country and the people who owned the property take very good care of it.
The one small thing is the bugs at night. The flying bugs were attracted to the porch light. Some got inside.

This is a family farm with cabins. It was a fun experience petting the animals and swimming in the pool. They were friendly and fast when an issue arose with the AC. The breakfast was very good both days. It is very close to Zion NP and Kanab.

We enjoyed our cabin and views of the farm. The breakfasts were awesome in my opinion. Nice variety and just the right amount for me.
I just wish we had been in a cabin further back because at certain times there can be a lot of road noise.
Out hosts were very friendly.

Enjoyed the cute, clean "deluxe cabin".
Unaware the restaurant was closed as well as the local
grocery (arrived on a Sunday). After a long wait, managed Thunderbird Restaurant take-out.
The AM "gourmet" breakfast was limited. We picked
it up closer to 9 AM than 7. It was fairly solidified. We
suggest bagels and cream cheese as an alternative.
However, unlike the room coffee, the gift shop coffee
was excellent!
Kelly is a delightful hostess. It is obvious that
the proprietors are working hard to bring the
establishment back to former times.
We found a grocery store so enjoyed grilled salmon
on the VERY clean outdoor grill. Due to a cooling rain, we enjoyed a wood fire inside of the delightful little house.

about their customers. Give them time and they
will amaze you.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience staying 3 nights as a central point for visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon Parks before heading to the Grand Canyon.
Each morning a healthy and tasty to-go breakfast was prepared by the owner’s chef trained sister. The cabin we stayed in was very comfortable (especially the queen size bed) that had a fire place nearby. The cabin is small, yet clean, no odors, and quiet. So much better than a hotel.

This was a delightful family, friendly run business. A home made breakfast was included and it was delicious. The cabin was cozy and warm in near freezing conditions outside. Would definitely return if in the area.

The place is adorable. Individual cabins are homey and clean. Wonderful breakfast provided. Wake up to see horses, cows and chickens. I’d stay there again!

Our cabin was very clean and comfortable. Everything from check-in to check-out was so easy. The breakfast was amazing. The property itself has great views and the location is perfect if you're planning on doing several of the parks in southern Utah/northern Arizona.

Arrowhead Cabins was so clean & comfortable; it was like staying w/ family on the farm! Breakfast was delicious, and having a lovely pool/ hot tub was such a bonus! The views are gorgeous and the staff was so friendly & helpful. Convenient to get to both Zion & Bryce.

Could not recommend this property more! The perfect home away from home, clean cabins and the most peaceful farm. Check is was very easy and the breakfast every morning was absolutely delicious! If I am ever in the area again I will be sure to stay at arrowhead

Comfortable, clean, we loved the view outside our window, seeing the horses out in the pasture felt like home. Cozy cabin. Staff was so friendly and their fresh, home made breakfasts were amazing! We would tell everyone to stay here when traveling in the area.

The property was very nice and the cabins were cute. I had two main problems, particularly when taking the cost of the place into account. First, there were a bunch of some kind of beetle in our room of which we probably killed 25. Second, the hot tub was closed which was not indicated at all when choosing this place, and the hot tub was probably THE main reason I picked this place. So that was super disappointing.

Our stay at Arrowhead was perfectly situated between Kanab and Zion where we had lots of activities planned. The cabins were clean with super easy check in/check out. Loved visiting the farm animals when we got back in the evening! The staff was very helpful and had a book showing nearby locations of lots of fun things to do. The only thing I would suggest is a list of food places as well since we arrived hungry at 7pm and nobody was there to advise us.

We stayed a few nights in May and absolutely loved it. Our cabin was the “Garden Cabin” and it was very comfy and quaint. Love the farm animals snd the food and hospitality was awesome! ❤️We will definitely stay again.

The service which was zero (as in no one there to check us in or out, give us any information about the inn or surrounding area, or help us in anyway). In fact, we actually had no interaction with staff other than when they came up and tell us to be quiet at 9 pm.The room was so-so. Clean at least, but definitely outdated with nothing to write home about. The amenities were basically non existent as was the hot water. Seriously! Also not at all ADA accessible. Overall it was a beautiful location, but not a beautiful experience. Save your money and find somewhere else to stay.

The cabin ... actually the entire facility ... was charming and serene and comfortable and I literally have no complaints. The only caveat I’ll add to this review is that I imagine my experience was ever so mildly abridged (through no fault of the staff or owners) due to Covid. I imagine that if I were to stay in a non-pandemic time, the breakfast would be absolutely stellar, as would the experience of eating amongst others. As it was, the food - prepared and set out individually for each guest to take back to their cabins was pretty damn tasty. Still, I would love to come back once the pandemic is over and experience the property for all that I’m sure it has to offer. All of that said, a definite A experience.

Where do I start. We LOVED our stay. The cabin has everything we needed. The sheets were super soft. The included breakfast was absolutely delicious. The staff very friendly. But our favorite part was the atmosphere, there are horses, donkeys, cats, dogs, chickens, roosters, goats, ponies and a night sky that had to be seen to be believed. The pool and hot tub were certainly appreciated after a day of hiking.
From this base camp we visited Bryce, Zion, Page, and north rim of Grand Canyon. Do yourself a favor stay here.
