The Tytherington is a gorgeous facility with clean, beautiful rooms and a spa to die for.
The dining options are wonderful, and the coffee superb.
We've been there several times now and never had a less-than-fabulous visit.
Highly recommend.

Guy on reception wasn’t to impressed that we had booked through Hotel.com .
He was not impressed that we pay “cheap price” and therefore stop corporate clients from staying !!.
Spa facilities were either out of order or faulty .
We value this venue and have stayed a few times but the attitude of one particular reception members will make us think twice next time .

Attended a golf event at the hotel and stayed for just one night room excellent and very clean golf course was undergoing some improvements around the greens on the front 9 and heavily sanded on the back 9 which did adversely affect the round food offered at night was pretty poor to say the least

We had a nice anniversary dinner in the conservatory overlooking the golf course.
Breakfast was ok, buffet style, which always mean Ieat too much.

Arrived and we had been upgraded. Which was lovely and a nice touch. However unfortunayely the bed was clearly 2 singles pushed together and very uncomfotable. The breakfast was very rushed as the lady wanted to pack up. We hadnt asked what time breakfast was and presumed coming down at 9.20 would give us enough time. Apart from that we had a lovely time.

It was a good stay apart from the fact the shower only had two temperatures which fluctuated between hot and absolutely scolding! Of which burnt the life out of me.

Property in general is nice but service is atrocious. Toilet wasn’t properly flushed when I arrived and one of the welcome bottles of water in the room wasn’t sealed and had been drunk slightly. Staff upon checkin were rude and not friendly. Disappointing as it was my anniversary stay. Won’t be coming back.

The staff, especially the restaurant staff, is amazing. The swimming pool is nice and great view of the golf course. The room is spacious and comfortable. The cot is super useful for family with babies. The housekeeping could have been a bit better - had to ask reception to send someone although the pls clean my room sign was out for the whole day.

This is a lovely hotel. The rooms and modern, clean and spacious. The facilities are excellent. I have never stayed at a hotel with so much parking. I would recommend this hotel unreservedly.

No shower gel in bathroom. Breakfast was a buffet food was good but there were no cups for tea tables were not cleared so they need to sort that service.

Second stay at this hotel. Not a good experience. Unwelcoming staff, room overlooking car park, poor night's sleep due to noisy (?faulty) air con unit plus lack of pillows (requested extra - but did not receive). Overall, very disappointing stay. Was supposed to be a relaxing break, but checked out feeling completely shattered.

Very quiet place next to the golf course/club.
The room was clean with decent facilities, including a TV , one set of towels, kettle, coffee and tea, but no fridge and no shower cap.
One member of staff, Jakub, was very, knowledge, friendly and an authentic helper.

Room was very nice and was clean. However, breakfast wasn’t ready when we went down at 7:15am - the orange juice was horrible as was the coffee (one of the staff said the orange juice was ‘grim’) breakfast not worth the money

Have stayed here quite a few times - every time I come up to visit my family in fact. Always clean, tidy. Comfortable large bed. Nice touches like good quality coffee and tea, free bottles of water, nice biscuits. Well maintained - overall a very pleasant place to stay

The front desk staff were terrific. Always going the extra mile. The paid breakfast was very good. The condition of the property was very good also.

Very clean and nicely located hotel. Everything was great. The only thing we can pick on is the pool and spar section not being great. Plus the food isn’t up to the rest of the hotel’s standards.

Modern hotel. Most of the hotel is focused on their golf course and gym. The reception area smelled of pool water. Being an hotel felt like an afterthought. The crowd was young, the bar was crowded and most hotel personnel were there to take care of their sports clients. My visit was acceptable, though I'll choose somewhere quieter and more attentive for my next stay.

Poor service upon arrive from girl on reception’s
She had wandered off to the bar to chat. Leaving my elderley parents waiting at reception, calling the hotel and unable to check in until they went to find her. They reported she was rude and unhelpful.

Nice clean hotel, jacuzzi far too hot like boiling so you can’t get in it. Pool always full of kids and kids swim. Felt more like a leisure centre than a spa hotel no beds around pool, bed comfy, rooms annd corridors exceptionally clean. Lacks a few things in the room like iron, board, fridge, fan. Nice elemis toiletries, nice walk in shower. If you’re at the front of the hotel u look at the car park. Expected it to be much better, okay for a one night stay but couldn’t stay for longer!
