Very convenient near the ferry terminal. Nice room with a view of the water. Friendly staff. Very dog friendly.... a big thumbs up!!!!! Breakfast had a good spread, but quality was only average. Otherwise, a very good hotel for the price.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I have a service dog and the hotel were fantastic providing a dog bed and some treats. Parking was very cheap and accessible. Really good location and nice at night right by the water.

We were welcomed in the reception and had a room with view to the sea. The room was clean and spacewise room to our family of 4. Breakfast was very good, lots of different options

The Hotel room was spacious, service was excellent, staff was very helpful, polite, and considerate. Our shower was exceptional! The location was great, breakfast was excellent with a wonderful variety of food choices. We loved the view and watching the shios come & go. Other nearby restaurants were wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will Stay there again when I go to Göteborg!

The reason I ranked the washing poorly was because we didn’t get rom service. We were supposed to get information that we should order room service at desk but did not so we didn’t get it because we found out to late when I went to ask about it. Else we were happy with the place.

The staff was fabulous; friendly and engaging. The breakfast buffet was awesome, so many options. It is very easy to get to public transportation.

Beds are like cardboard, not confy at all.

Our stay was absolutely perfect here. We cannot fault one thing. The room was spotless, the facilities were brilliant and the staff went above and beyond to help in any way they could. A special shout out to Marcus for going the extra mile in making our stay even more comfortable. If we are ever back in Gothenburg we will most definitely be staying again!

I went with Quality Hotel Waterfront in Gothenburg since I had a pleasant experience at another one of their hotels in Stockholm. I booked the biggest room available, and it was quite nice. The breakfast was great too, and the staff were nice and excellent at communicating. If there’s one thing I found lackluster, it’s the lack of room service. During my 3 night stay, they didn’t come by my room for room service even once. It might’ve been a mistake, or partly my fault since I woke up 11am during the weekend, but they never came by. Fortunately, I had enough towels and such for the entire stay, but some utilities ran out. I should’ve contacted the staff myself, but they usually provide room service, so I kinda expected it to happen while I was out. I do enjoy using the Quality hotel chain, so I’ll probably continue using them in the future. It’s mostly feedback for future visits

Our room was quite large and we had an amazing view of the waterfront. Staff was very kind and accommodating. Can say enough amazing things about the lovely breakfast provided each morning! Also, when the dryer broke down, the front desk kindly took over laundry and dried it, folded it and put in back in our room - free of charge! Really appreciated the service and staff going above and beyond!

Service was good. Room was ok for family. You need to inform previous night in order to clean the room.

We stayed at Quality Waterfront for two nights.. The level of cleanliness was not at all upto the mark.. There was dust on the toiletries and the housekeeping missed our room on our 2nd day of stay so they didn't clean our sheets, towels and cups.. We had left in the morning and when we came back in the evening the room was still a mess.. When we called the reception then only we got new towels... We complained when we checked out and they apologized

While being on the water seems attractive, this hotel is noisy, has only one on-site staff member, complicated parking, and limited breakfast choices. It is well over-priced.

Great location and sensational breakfast!

I booked the hotel assuming a waterfront room but upon arrival we found ourselves in the room on the back of the property with no view. I think it should be more cleared on the web at the room selection process. Big thanks to Fedor who help upgrade us on the next day. Some of the staff's English skills are lacking, which resulted in some misinformation about services available at the hotel. There where some general maintenance issues in the rooms that could be improved. The hotel is in a very nice location and and if you're fortunate to get a nice room its still worth staying there.

Very nice hotel and setting on the waterfront, spacious and comfortable rooms, very good breakfast buffet, parking was not a problem, but the indication by staff at check-in that car break-ins happen very frequently was not very comforting
