Property was nice but it should not be branded as luxury collection. Suite was very small, and the staff was just ok. Upstairs pool staff was terrible the rest of the folks were just ok.

One of the most beautiful hotel rooms I've stayed in. The lighting, views, and furniture were all immaculate. I will be staying here next time I'm in Nashville!

The Joseph hotel is very clean and the staff was very friendly.

This was the second year in a row that we stayed at The Joseph. Used the pool but you need to get there very early to get lounge chairs.

My daughter and I had a very nice visit. I wanted to assure security and comfort to my daughter as we were traveling alone. The Joseph handled both well.

Stayed in the corner suite. Excellent room service and the in room dining was delicious. I will be back

The bed was absolutely wonderful. Extremely comfortable.With the curtains closed, it was extremely dark which made for great sleep. Was distressed that the espresso maker (which I was looking forward to) would not work. We plugged it in, read the directions, etc... would not work. Called for help at the front desk - no help and no espresso. Also, we went to the rooftop bar and I ordered one of their signature drinks and my husband ordered a amaretto and they were out of BOTH. Wow!!!

Everything was great from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond all measures nothing was too much for them. They were very courteous at all times. The hotel was immaculate and the tech in the room was great. We would highly recommend this hotel

Omg soo much fun! A great girls trip and a very fun and safe place. The Joseph hotel was extremely gorgeous and luxury with a pool dj on fri and sat, delicious and creative cuisine. The rooms are big, new and expensive looking. Best restaurants, great clean airport and live music everywhere on Broadway.

Every staff member is very friendly and welcoming! The hotel is very clean. When they advertise as a “Luxury” hotel, that’s definitely what is being given. Would stay here again.

General arrogant attitude from bartenders in the FourWalls Bar, room trash cans were not collected by cleaning staff. For the rates paid for my stay, very unimpressed.

This hotel was nice. It was updated, clean, trendy, had good furnishings/comfortable bed, and large rooms. The pool was nice, but was not heated to 91 degrees as they said it was, it would be nice if they added a hot tub. Our main complaint was that it took forever to get food service. We ordered room service and waited almost 2 hours for the food to arrive. We also tried to go to the coffee bar and waited 25 minutes for a cup of coffee and pastry, I believe they were understaffed. All in all, it's a really nice hotel.

The Joseph is an amazing hotel and I’ll definitely be staying again. The restaurant was excellent and the spa was incredible. It also has a really great gym, with an amazing view of the city while you’re working out.

Great hotel! Easy walking to Broadway but far enough away from the craziness that is Broadway. Great rooftop pool.

Conveniently located just one block from the Country Music Hall of Fame and Bridgestone Arena, the famous Honky Tonk Broadway scene was only two blocks away. Every inch of this place was top notch. The room was elegantly appointed with the latest trending design and technology with a nod to sustainability by incorporating "borrowing light" from the room to the interior bathroom window. Every amenity I could think of was provided from the Nespresso machine to bedside charging stations to automatic motion detecting ambient lighting when entering the bathroom to heated bathroom floors. Most important, however, the bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. For a grand view of the city, I recommend a visit to the rooftop bar and pool.

Everyone was attentive. The food was excellent and the service was exceptional. Truly 5-star luxury!
