It’s our favorite place to stay with family. Our parents are elderly and their room has wheelchair access to bathroom. There are wonderful restaurants in the building and the train station is right outside the entrance. The staff is amazing - they are so helpful and kind.

Amazing hotel, will definitely be back! Such a nice place to stay, amazing staff always greeting you and welcoming you back. Room was immaculate everytime it needed refreshing. Views were amazing!

The staff were very friendly, pleasant and helpful, and made us especially welcome.
Our room was impeccably clean, with a huge super king bed, which fitted into the large room easily. The views of Yokohama are stunning.
We highly recommend this accommodation especially being so close to the train station.

Had an amazing stay. If you want a lnding place before going to Tokyo or mabye the best stay in Yokohama, this is the place.
Hotel is located from 40. floor and up. So you will get a great view. Its apartments, so rooms are very big and have a kitchen with microwave small stove, and a washing machine for clothes and one for cutlery.
Bed was not as hard as usual for Japan, very comfy. And on all rooms there are balconys were you can go out and chill.
The hotel is not too far from Yokohama station and there is a subway stop right under the hotel. Elevator down then two escalators.
There is a well equiped fitness room in the Lobby floor.
It very reasonably priced.

This is a beautiful hotel and the views from both the rooms and the lobby are incredible. The staffs’ English is exceptional, and they are very friendly and helpful. For staying in the region, I cannot recommend it enough. I will return to Oakwood Suites as my launch point for all my Japan vacations - it is close to Haneda, and provides a perfect restful beginning and end to a trip. Another bonus is that my room had a washer/dryer both times I stayed with them. Thank you very much, I will see you next time!

The property provided an incredible view of the city and was luxurious in doing so. The staff were beyond helpful and fluently spoke English or Japanese as required and were able to assist me however I needed. Will be visiting again!

Probably our best hotel stay on our Japan trip. Hotel was 5***** from customer service to the rooms and cleanliness and structure. Money well spent.
Other restaurants and shopping areas were walkable.
The laundry in the hotel room was a huge plus.

I liked how the rooms had everything needed, even for cooking and laundry. The shower and toilet were amazing, ahead of most hotels in, say, America. The only thing missing for me as a tourist was a money exchange nearby, in case I needed to exchange Dollars into Yen.

Absolutely loved this place and can’t wait to stay there again! Perfect location for exploring Yokohama. Close to great restaurants, shopping, and public transportation. Very walkable as well. The rooms were clean, a great size and had a nice balcony. The gym and lounge are so fantastic and the views are out of this world.

Good - Clean, quiet, new, has kitchen and dining, grocery store is just downstairs. It’s very close to the train station exit (Bashamichi Station Exit 2A).
Bad - There were no instruction manual for the air conditioner and washing machine. I asked the front desk but they gave me a different instruction manual for a different washing machine type.

Incredible stay, everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The staff are great, super welcoming, accommodating and helpful, they went above and beyond. I really didn’t want to leave! We will be back for sure!

I enjoyed my stay at Oakwood Suites Yokohama. The amenities were everything i expected to have when I signed up. The washer came with free detergent which the hotel supplied. The stove and microwave were in working condition. The utensils were clean as they could be. I had the city view and it was gorgeous. It was a walkable distance to a lot of attractions and shopping malls. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying at Yokohama. Thank you.

Since first coming in August & September 2023, I have been familiar with this property. With my second trip this year in June, this place is as good as ever! Washed my clothes daily after coming back from my railway day trips.
Also very convenient with a Lincos Supermarket, Starbucks and restaurants on the first floor. Bashamichi Station on the Minatomirai Line is also located right below, which makes it convenient for my railway trips. Will definitely come back again on future trips to eastern Japan whenever possible!

This is a perfect hotel for family. Stunning view from the room or even from the lobby. Great location; when you go out from the building, next to you is a supermarket and right in front of you is an entrance to a local metro. Within walking distance to many attractions and scenic places.

The hotel lives up to its advertized description. Our room was spacious, with a great view. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. The subway entrance is right outside the front door.

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Japan and I have stayed in many over the years. It was clean, modern, had a fully stocked kitchen, and was very spacious compared to Japanese standards. The housekeeping was great every day and I had a beautiful view of Mount Fuji during sunset every day and a view over Yokohama. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice studio apartments. Friendly staff and convenient location in Yokohama. Walkable to many enjoyable areas of the city. Close to a train station that goes directly to Yokohama station where you can access the Narita express.

This hotel was conveniently located for all of our needs. The communication with hotel service members also exceeded expectations, so I am thankful. The only issue I found was with the dryer in the room, as it required multiple cycles to dry clothes completely. Other than that, the stay was excellent!

This place is great. The staff helped us ship our luggage to our next hotel. They were the most lovely people; I can't praise them enough. The location is awesome, walking distance to everything in Minato Mirai, Bashamichi stop on the MM line outside the door, and a Lincos grocery store next door. The view from the hotel lobby is the best in the area. The room is well equipped, with a washer/dryer, frig, and everything to dine in the room. The breakfast was pricey, but filling and delicious (western and Japanese style). The 24 hour free coffee lounge was a surprising bonus. Oakwood Suites is an absolute bargain.

2nd time staying here. Very spacious grocery store downstairs good yakiniku place next to hotel. Washer and dryer convenient. Can see my Fuji on a clear morning from room. Will stay again
