the hotel is good & clean. breakfast only possible through an association with Starbucks. we would have appreciated a buffet for breakfast.

No complimentary coffeee in lobby

Room was very comfortable and staff was very friendly.

There was a menu, you could order breakfast up until 9:30 am. And and afternoon menu you could order after 3pm to 10pm. I picked this hotel because they did not charge extra for the parking, but they installed signs for paying to park. Soon you will have to pay. It was a 45 min drive to Red Rocks and 30 min ride back after the show. It was 20 mins from Fiddler’s Green Amphitheater. Pretty convenient.

Breakfast cost was not worth the actual breakfast. Shower area could have been cleaner!

The secluded nature of the hotel, away from the business of the area was very nice. The facility was generally clean and comfortable although the carpet in one of our rooms was soiled and the air conditioning system seemed to have intermittent issues. Having the ability to get filtered water in the exercise room was a nice feature. A swimming pool for a cooler exercising opportunity would be a welcome addition.

Would have been nice for breakfast to be included. Otherwise it was great. Staff was very nice

Inconvenient location to restaurants. Seems to be out in the middle of a prairie.

I stay here on all my trips to Aurora. It is always so clean and comfortable.

Property was very clean. Called front desk (from my cell phone because room phone did not have a dial tone) to ask about fixing our internet connection because we were unable to stream from our TV. Front desk said they would send someone up but no one ever came.

Had a very pleasant stay. I had to have surgery at Anschutz and it was nice to go to a clean and quiet place to stay. And the Mountain View is a fantastic bonus

I paid for 3 people to stay. We were only allowed 2 cups of complementary coffee. No one came to make up the beds or change the towels. Was surprised about that.

Great stay! Extremely clean and the staff were very responsive.

Good handicap accessibility but I don’t care for the lack or f daily housekeeping. I don’t need clean sheets every day but I do need fresh towels Also, attaching the bedside tables to the wall made it difficult to transfer from my wheelchair to the bed and back.

We had are own little Starbucks store inside so that was very convenient.

Nice hotel, very clean. Our A/C was broken but other than that everything was great!

Close to major highway. Good for access, OK for noise. Gym had heat on. Not many dining options. Otherwise great place.

The room was small with limited storage: 2 small dresser drawers and 1 tiny bedside drawer on the right side of the bed. I was cold on the first night and searched for an extra blanket in the tiny closet, but only 1 extra pillow was provided. We purchased a throw blanket the next day when we were unable to communicate our needs to the housekeepers. We reported to the front desk that a light was not working within an hour of checking in. No one came to fix it, so we went to the store and purchased 2 types of bulbs, but neither one fixed the problem. On day 3, we again reported the issue to the front desk, but no one came to help. We went to the front desk to complain, and eventually the “non-English speaking engineer” came to the room. He tried to fix it and we finally got him to agree to bring a different lamp. While he went to get it, all but one of the lights and outlets did not work. He eventually replaced a switch in the bathroom, as he’d tripped/blown a fuse. The 3 pump dispensers in the shower were not labeled, and none of the housekeepers we asked were able to communicate to us which bottle held which product. So we went to the store and purchased shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and 2 bars of soap. The drapes did not close all the way, and the door had a significant gap, so the room was not dark enough for the 10 nights we stayed there. The emergency fire exits had steep steps and no hand railings. We will not stay at a Courtyard by Marriott ever again.
