We had an amazing stay. Even though I accidentally booked the wrong rooms, the hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and changed things over for us so we could have adjoining rooms. Rooms were clean and quiet and reasonably priced. 10/10 would stay again!

The room was very large, no complaints about the hotel. But we did not appreciate the fire drills early in the morning, on both days that we stayed. Apparently the toaster in the kitchen set the fire alarm off those two days. Hopefully that's a rare occurrence

Great check in. Room was lovely and clean. Standard “included” breakfast but this was the best tasting and nicest “ standard” breakfast I have had (and I travel a considerable amount).

The staff was friendly and approachable. Suite was very clean and seemed to be well maintained. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were awful. Breakfast was pretty basic, all in all it was a good value and I would stay there again. Next time I would bring my own pillows lol

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Its great for family with kids. We loved it. Staff wss respectful and nice.
We loved the breakfast too however, there's always room for improvements such as keeping the breakfast warm. It wasn't and b4 you get to your table, food was almost cold. Also some essentials missing in the rooms like shower caps and only one tissue and we had to ask for more when we ran out. It was a great stay overall.

Booked online through Hotels.com. Upon arrival we were shocked to find ou there was a $70 fee for our tiny family dog for one night. I felt bad for the staff as they knew it was a scam but couldnt do anything about it. The room above us had children jumping up and down all night. None of us slept well. Highly disappointed considering we stayed there a year before and it was great.

I expected better out of a Hilton. Dated tv with bare minimum channels. Mini fridge barely worked and a/c didnt really work well either..wouldnt cool below 25°. Wifi wouldnt let me look up xbox for netflix or anything either. The breakfast and bed was great though.

Very large and airy room, well equipped and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was varied and always well cooked and fresh. Staff very efficient and friendly happy to recommend.

Clean with comfortable beds. Liked the sliding bathroom door. Great breakfast options and plenty of seating during busy time. Great location off the bypass. Pool was clean and although the hottub wasn't working, my children still enjoyed it. Lots of shopping nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

During our stay our room was not clean nor were our sheets cleaned or made. When we contacted the front desk about this matter and were told that housekeeping went home. We had left our room early in the morning and returned around 3:30pm, so are rooms should have been cleaned and the bed made. We asked if we could receive a discount for this which they refused, instead we received attitude and passive aggressive behavior from staff. We will note be staying here again when we visit Edmonton.

There’s no chair and no tissues in the room. First time we have to sitting on the floor at the hotel room and need to use toilet paper for tissues

It was a newish hotel. Quiet area of Edmonton. Well laid out. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Good amenities. Weird hallway carpet, interesting color choice.

Very good option for families and excellent if you are travelling with puppies. Very clean and the room was very spacious my puppies were so happy. Breakfast was ok.
