It's a really unique little property of individual units, with a spectacular view of a canyon with a river running through it. It's an easy hike down to the river. Dog friendly, quiet and lots of dining options nearby. Zion National Park is only a, 20 minute drive away. 5 stars! l

Our stay at The Dwellings was a great experience! Zion National Park was a 20 minute easy drive from the location. The views and scenery are amazing and very serene. Lastly our favorite part was the River Rock Roasting Co. coffee shop which was a 3 min walk down the street! We would stay here again if we return to the area.

The property is situated on the cliff overlooking a beautiful view. It is well equipped with all amenities u can think of.its a perfect spot for a getaway with easy to all tourism spots

We highly recommend The Dwellings at Laverkin to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with the added bonus of stunning natural surroundings and easy access to outdoor activities.

Great room with a view!!!

Wish we could have stayed longer, but we loved our time at The Dwellings. The sunset view was spectacular. Everything was clean and neat and the location is perfect! Would definitely stay again if we make it back to southern Utah!

The hotel and service general was good but we were refused to have an extra tower and an extra blanket for the person sleeping on the couch/bed. Dimero, the security agent, was very helpful and friendly.

So far this rental could not be better! The space is incredible and the small touches are unmatched. For example: They have temporary dog tags to put on your dog in case they get lost during your stay. Who thinks of that?!?! Also, I had an issue with the air conditioner unit and they were exceptionally responsive, they got back to be within one minute and had me moved into a new unit immediately. Really a great space.

I have no complaints. Cabin prices were great. Nice and clean. The view was amazin

Book this spot! Whether you're visiting Zion or Utah in general, definitely stay here - loved that the property was new and modern, had every amenity possible (including a white noise machine which was a lovely touch) and talk about a VIEW! We saw the most gorgeous sunset and had the best time here, and the little restaurant next door was perfect for a quick dinner and then breakfast on our way out

Loved this place. The view from the back porch was simply stunning. The cottage was well maintained and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend to anyone.

View is perfect

4 stars for the view and proximity to Zion. Beware of the shower leaking onto the floor (which was mentioned in reviews before). It wasn’t a big deal for us, but I can assure you there is mold underneath the flooring. The kitchen was pretty well stocked but the burner to cook on would randomly shut off and cooks unevenly. There was also lots of trash right off the balcony (numerous cigarettes and other various trash). The beds were comfortable and the noise which was mentioned in previous reviews wasn’t a problem for us at all. It’s a great place to stay if you’re on your way to Zion!

Everything was absolutely perfect except the pool being closed during our stay. Sunset from the patio was 10/10. Highly recommend hiking down to the creek and finding the water swings in the river :)

Great views

Lovely stay for the most part with good views. Be aware, its about 30 mins to Zion Canyon, but we knew that when booking. The roadway with cars driving by fast is a bit loud when outside so it can be hard to relax on the back deck., I wish they added a fence to front of the property to damper it a bit. Inside, it's quiet. The door lock with a code is awful. My husband had to use quite a bit of strength to get it to open. The property owners seem to be aware of this issue based on door signage, they should just replace the locks.

This is a really nice little place, unit 2, especially if you are traveling with a dog since the little yard is fenced and has artifical grass. It would be nice to have some shade on the patio since it is West facing, and then you could spend more time enjoying the view! The sofa, bed and linens are comfortable. A few negative things: very weak water pressure in the shower, need more hooks and shelves in the bathroom, the living room area rug is so dirty that it should be thrown out.

Low flow shower was horrible and the bet has old and felt the springs. I know it’s off a cliff but the cockroaches looked like a small dog.

We mostly enjoyed our stay here. Great view and big room, convenient parking. The walls and rooms looked quiet beat up. They also needed to have curtains or blinds on top windows. Another reason for 4 stars was the communication after booking that we were responsible for cleaning up. For example told to empty our own rubbish to the bins outside, start dishwashers etc. Although this is a small ask, people on holidays don't want to do extra to clean up for themselves, just something to note when booking.

Loved loved the Dwellings! Beautiful decor, very clean, comfy bed, all the needs in the kitchenette, close to a great restaurant and most of all, a gorgeous view! Hiked biked the Confluence Park below. Beautiful!

The Dwellings are not out in the middle of nowhere as I thought…they are located on the highway, in town, and with traffic noise. While on the back patio, the view is beautiful and the traffic noise is not so bad…

Great property with room to spread out. Nice views of the Virgin River and the communication from the property was excellent. Super close to Hurricane and Zions National Park. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful view! Nice unit and we enjoyed our stay. Unit 3 has a bit of shade to enjoy the view during the late afternoon. About 20 minutes from Zion which was great. It looks like they are building a pool/hottub which would make this a perfect place to stay.
