Place was clean and comfortable, perfect location to peace park. Staff were amazing

The hotel itself was fine. The room annd bathroom was very small and without much room for moving round. Our room seemed to smell damp for the whole time we were there. I would not recommend this hotel to friends.

Well situated hotel close to the Peace park and with excellent transport links. Lovely restaurant close by and 7-Eleven near also. Well appointed bedroom of reasonable size with good bathroom. Interesting top floor reception with inside and balcony bar seating area. The hotel has a quirky Knot coin system for buying drinks.

Large room, very clean with lots of facilities (safe, fridge, coffee, and lots of toiletry bits and pieces). Lovely roof top bar with reasonably priced drinks. Reception staff were very helpful. The only downside was the Knot coins, there was explanation of how the system worked and what they cost. Tram line is only a couple of minutes away to Hiroshima station. Peace park a few minutes walk.

Is a great location very clean and great breakfast place within the hotel. Very nice personnel and they made reservations for us in great restaurants.

Nice modern hotel, rooms decenly sized, clean. Hotel is within walking distance of Hiroshima peace garden/museum. Check in was fast, efficient and staff was very nice. Outdoor lounge on 14th floor was very pleasant. Really did not like the temperature restriction( no colder than 23C) on the thermostat, room was barely tolerable on hot, humid days. Cleaning staff only change towels and empty garbage bins. As nice as the hotel is unfortunately I would not return soley based on the room temperature issue. If your not comfortable in your room what's the point.

I was disappointed with this property…the only thing good about it was the location to the Peace Park.

Great location and nice and spacious rooms. Given price and location, the hotel is perfect for those who want a quick access point to the key sights and nightlife in Hiroshima, and is very comfortable to come back to after a long day of exploring. This does exactly what is says on the tin, only critism I can think of is that the bathrooms weren’t the fanciest / most modern, however for the price was absolutely up to standard. The rooftop was cool location

Really nice hotel and friendly staff. Really liked the idea of coins to be used to purchase goods at the bar. The only strange thing for a hotel like The Knot was that if you wanted your room cleaned other than emptying bins and changing towels you had to pay extra. Location excellent for Peace Memorial and other places of interest.

Their lobby restaurant is amazing!

The hotel is very nice and kept u to date but there is definitely an air conditioner problem as you can’t set the thermostat colder than 73 degrees F. Especially when it is in the high 90’s outside.

Great location, really close to main tourist attractions and shopping. Loved the free coins that you can spend in the rooftop bar. Good onsite restaurant

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at the Knot. Easy walk to the Hiroshima Memorial and downtown area. Staff was friendly and helpful and the property was very clean and well maintained. Hotel restaurant was also amazing. Highly recommend, especially for the price point.

Lovely hotel. Very smart. Exterior and public areas slightly more up to date than the rooms but no issues at all. Check in on 14th floor. Lovely rooftop bar and some free ‘coins’ towards a drink or snack given at check in.

Great location for seeing the sites. Great view. Coins for drinks and snacks were a nice touch.

This was my 2nd visit. We stayed a room one grade up this time. The room had a bigger bathroom and wider windows which we liked. The only downside was that they got lid of the vending machine and microwave on the 2nd floor and instead they put extra 3 washing machines there........... now they have 6 washer/dryer which I understand why.....but I wanted to use the microwave this morning......... nevermind. Overall, we all stayed happily there. Thank you especially for those cleaning ladies!!!

We are family of 4 ( 2 adults 2 kids). The hotel is a few blocks to the museum, memorial park, dome and ferry to Miyajima. There is many local restaurants and food is delicious. Room is very clean, spacious enough for us and had a nice view of the city. Bonus Hotel provided coins at check in that you can exchange to grab snacks and drinks at the bar on the 14th floor. It’s beautiful view of the city. There is coin laundromat on the 2nd floor. This made it very convenient for us. I do wish they have a machine we can exchange our bills for coins. We stayed there for 3 nights and there is no room cleaning service. They do change your towels and take out the trash daily. Also there is no staffs at the lobby at night. You will need your room card to enter and access hotel. For the price, location and cleanliness I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Loved staying at the Knot. The rooftop bar and patio had amazing views of the city.

This hotel was fabulous. They have a great rooftop lounge with amazing drinks. It’s super walkable. On the ground floor there is a superb Italian restaurant.

It was a nice stay, clean hotel, helpful staff, ice cold A/C, we liked it so much , extended the stay by two days. And the price was low$$$
