Super clean and quiet. The room was so spacious and had everything our family needed. We will always stay here when traveling through Roswell. Highly recommended!

Was very disappointed in parking situation. Full moving vans towing a car took up one side of the lot. A orange bus took up another portion of the lot. I was asked to park at Buffalo wild wings parking overnight or on the street. When I asked to move the construction cone over one slot was told not to. But then when I woke up. 2 additional cats had moved the cones and parked.
Those big moving vans and busses should be asked to park on the street if your parking is already limited.
Then people straddling multiple spots.

Good place breakfast… not so good. Eggs rubbery you can tell everything is frozen and then heated up because the eggs and breakfast sandwiches we cold in the middle.

The breakfast was hot and fast. Room was spacious, shower was large. Nice pet friendly areas. Pool could have used some attention.

It was good. Clean. Comfortable beds. Modern upgrades. Free breakfast was typical for a hotel. Sorta meh. Solid choice for a stopover in Roswell.

The stay was wonderful. I slept through the night wonderfully. We were a party of 5 and everyone was comfortable. Breakfast was good too. Perfect way to start day 2 of our road trip. Everyone on staff was kind and welcoming.

I work for University of New Mexico that requires a check out invoice showing a balance of $0.00 (no personal charges). The staff person (who was extremely nice and friendly so compliants with her service at all) said that beause we booked through Expedia, they could not provide me a check out invoice or add my Hilton member number to the stay.
I stayed at Home2Suites in Hobbs, NM the next day who automatically added my Hilton member number to the stay and emailed me a check out invoice without asking.
Only bringing this up to help the Roswell location with this. :)

Great location on the main street, walking distances to many Roswell attractions, clean room with great layout. Highly recommend Cowboy Cafe for breakfast and have their chicken fried bacon!!

Very clean! Bathroom exceptional! Likes all the counter/shelf space for storing bags. Refrigerator was large- perfect for freezing our ice packs. Breakfast was a wonderful buffet with many hot choices. Nice lobby area for eating or visiting. Beds comfortable.

The staff were so friendly and helpful and made everything so easy! We were traveling with cats and they even gave us treat bags with toys. After a long day of travel it was so nice to be greeted with smiles and an easy process.

Overall, 5 out of 5! I ened up booking the wrong night but the young man, Joaquin, working the front desk was quick to help get us set up for that night. He was super helpful in helping me with my problem.
The room was extremely clean and had every amenity needed. Would absolutely stay at this place again!

I never checked in. I was told, my reservation was listed as a past stay.

It was comfortable, but so noisey. I've stayed here before and this time felt like the walls are paper thin.

They would not let me stay there. They said I was a local but I live 35 miles away . I was going to a party and was gonna be drinking alcohol and didn’t want to drive . It was in walking distance to where i was. So that was a crappie place!!!!

The room design is very nice. The problem was having a room located on the first floor next to the exit door banging all night long. Don’t prepay for your room.
