Unique 1950/60s retro style Motor Inn with modern amenities and kitschy charm. Simple yet elegant in design. Clean, quiet, comfortable, and totally cool. Great communication from the folks that operate the business. Close to local beach and park locations. Bonus- Highly recommend Ray’s Seafood Restaurant just down the highway a couple of miles.

What a cute and quirky hotel, we loved the mid-century decor. And it’s across the street from the ocean! The pool area looked well-maintained as well although we were there one week before it opened. Free parking and plenty of amenities were other pluses. 10/10 would recommend.

Not much bigger than a hotel room but definitely well thought out, designed, and complete. Heated bathroom floor was great, kitchen had enough to be useful. Heat/ac system worked great. Bath supplies were perfect. My girlfriend loved the overall feel and design. Happy time

We absolutely loved this little place! I'm a sucker for anything mid-mod and the decor was adorable AND there were so many small touches that made the stay comfortable too. It was conveniently located and the ocean was just steps away. The owners had great communication that made check in and check out easy peasy. I only wish we had been in town during pool season. Would definitely return again!

Would have liked to have stayed more than one night!

Even the soap in the shower made we feel like I’d gone back in time. Absolutely loved staying here!

This establishment is the absolute best place I have ever stayed at during a vacation. Clean, quiet, convenient, the rooms were spectacular, and pool was fabulous. I will most certainly be returning soon! Thank You! :)

We had an amazing time at the Rye Motor Inn. The place was clean, the decor was wonderful. They thought of everything. The pool area was delightful.

My family of 3 plus puppy had a wonderful stay. The rooms were nicely updated and outfitted, while retaining a really fun retro feel. The bed was so comfortable and the blackout curtains were great. We had the best sleep of our 2 week road trip. The big lawn outside was so nice for our puppy and gave him plenty of room to run around and play. We had everything we could have possibly needed and more. I would definitely stay here again, and have already recommended it to friends.

This was a escape from it all. Nostalgic in everyway... every detail has been thought through. So quiet safe and clean. We appreciate such pleasure thus had the most wonderful time at the Rye Beach Motor Inn.

WE liked this inn , it was clean and very quaint with all the vintage motiff. We were dissappointed that the pool was not open but we received a lesser rate for that. I would consider having another form of communication with the person who runs the inn as not everyone had access to email at the time of their arrival. All were looking for a front desk. Perfecrt walking and dining options.

This was a last minute trip for us on our motorcycle and we had the best time. The room was so cute and clean and bed was super comfy. We will be back for sure.

Convenient location, quiet, safe, right across from ocean, beautiful, adorable decor, comfortable

Owner Doug made every effort to communicate with guests. He has improved this oceanside property beyond words. While still in progress, the reconstruction status was relayed to guests well in advance. The ambiance in the restyled rooms is comfy and cozy. Portsmouth and lovely Wallis Sands beach are nearby - only a short drive. If you love quiet, listening to the seagulls, strolling the oceanside, and being away from the crowds, this is it.
