Everything was excellent except the bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable.

Property is impeccable, very friendly staff, location is great. Will suggest to add some EV charging station as I had to travel 12 miles round trip to find one. Most of brand-new hotels like this already have installed some.

Poor lighting overall design of room, nowhere to sit in the room with only one chair, no closet room, poor shower and breakfast was a joke. PS the breakfast hostess Sherry was great and the coffee was good. Would not stay at this place or recommend to anyone. This was via Expedia which is also a total joke. They charged $375.00 more than the actual bill from the hotel. I will never book again with Expedia who charged my account in advance of even leaving from our home for vacation.!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice room. The only issue I encountered was that the shower floor was very slippery. I told the front desk about it and she said she'd address it.

The staff was exceptional! I had a Handicapped room and was disappointed by a couple of things. The room was designed well for accessibility, with the exception of the carpet and the entry door. It was difficult to mannouvor on the carpet with a wheelchair, and it was extremely difficult to get in the entry door as it would not stay open for wheeling in.

The property was nice and clean and close to shopping, wineries and my family. :) Perfect location

The a/c was not great, and I hate being restricted to a minimum temperature of 68 (which felt much warmer). There was no difference between our room temperature and the hallway. We were put in a handicap accessible room, with shower liner that didn’t reach the bathtub and therefore flooded our bathroom floor. The bed was super low and the mattress made our backs sore. Expected more (and better) from a new Fairfield Inn.

Check in unusually slow and disorganized. Otherwise hotel very nice.

This was a very nice hotel with breakfast included. Parking is convenient. I wish i had more time to utilize pool.

Pleasant stay--very clean and comfortable room and the king size bed was so comfortable that it was hard to leave the bed and pursue the activity as to why ZI came to Lodi. Very enjoyable stay.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, and assisted us in locating what we wanted to find in the City of Lodi. The facilities were in excellent condition and very clean. The only problem we had was during the night the room heating system was a little noisy as it kept turning on and off while trying to main the room temperature. Nevertheless, we will certainly stay at this hotel again in the future.

The room is super comfy and well appointed. huge bathroom with a walk in shower. I would stay here again.

Very nice, clean hotel. The front desk person was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious, the bed was super comfortable slept like a baby. Especially after sitting in the jacuzzi. The pool/jacuzzi area was extremely clean. The continental breakfast was general - the coffee was hot and ok, I didnt have the hot breakfast I had a yogurt and an apple. Overall a really nice place to stay.

We arrived an hour after the check-in time (arrived at 4 pm, check-in was at 3 pm) and were told there weren't any rooms available for us to check in to because there had been a lot of late check-outs. We had a wedding to get to and were on a tight schedule, and were really counting on being able to get into the room right away and shower and dress for the wedding. The receptionist offered that we could use "one of their board rooms." It was myself (mom) and my two young adult sons. Clearly getting undressed in front of each other wasn't going to work, not to mention no mirror for hair, makeup, etc. Then he suggested the public restroom near the breakfast area. There was a lot of back and forth. I finally asked if he was really saying there wasn't a single room in the hotel that was cleaned and ready. He then said he could upgrade us to a room that was available. This would've been helpful at the outset, before the talk about the board room and such. By that time, the housekeeper let him know that one of the rooms we had booked was ready, so it was all for naught. The rest of the stay was fine, but it was a stressful start.
