Due to a mechanical issue with Air Portugal we arrived at the property 6 hours late. I contacted the property and they informed me that there would be someone on duty to check us in. Once we arrived, the front desk clerk, Miguel, was very helpful getting us to our rooms, even offering to carry our bags up the stairs. All of the staff here were very friendly and helpful. The location to the beach, walk out your room, have breakfast in the dining room or outside on the deck, walk down the stairs and you're on the beach. The rooftop dining was excellent. The sunset from the rooftop was incredible. We wish we have stayed an extra day or two.

Fabulous experience! Lovely accommodation on the most stunning beach. Super friendly staff. Great food and fabulous ambiance at the Rooftop Restaurant on site. Nice buffet breakfast. Highly recommend.

Beautiful beach front hotel with bar and restaurant. Only about 10 minutes from the Faro airport. Great location!

If you are a beach lover (perfect beach sunset) and visiting faro this would be my top recommend place to stay! However I would suggest calling the Guesthouse directly and booking through them rather than booking through Expedia!! The guesthouse staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to make my stay just perfect, they were extremely polite and helpful, the place was VERY clean and comfortable and as a solo traveler I always felt safe here, also the food and drinks were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this place!!!

On the sand, a little tight but the location is amazing, everyone was nice and pleasant, breakfast was good.

Right at the beach, you walk out and it’s literally the beach. It was a wonderful stay. Lots of restaurant options.

The staff were amazing, someone always at the front desk to help. Being right on the beach was very nice (wish the lounge chairs were on the beach) The Rooftop restaurant was very good and great views

We arrived too early for check-in but were accommodated with grace. All staff members were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Our room was small and adequate but having wine and charcuterie on the rooftop bar was outstanding!

I had an excellent experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful atmosphere in the area that was very accessible by walking or by bicycling.

Just one word. AMAZING

The staff is most friendly and welcoming. Every question or request was met with a smile and patience, even the front desk staff she offered to walk with us to the bus stop for our tour pick up! The only thing so would say disappointing was the slow service on the rooftop. It has the best view and atmosphere and I hope they can be more attentive to customers. That’s why it was not busy as everyone went next door.

Modern and comfortable. Staff lovely and helpful. Rooftop bar was being painted so unable to use this time but have done previously and nice place to watch the sunset. One of my favorites.

Carlos the receptionist of the night was very friendly and helpful. Made it a great stay!

Excellent service, clean room, great location on beach, lovely roof top bar, really good breakfast and excellent coffee.

Generally the staff were very helpful, kind and gracious! We had to change our room during the stay and this was not managed so well, it seemed “Gamey” first wanting us to move, and when ready, the manager did not want us to move! Hmm.

Cleanliness was disappointing… my AC unit blew air that smelled like mildew. Housekeeping fixed it a bit so it wasn’t as strong. I found bugs in my towels and around my bathroom, and upon leaving I saw two cockroaches in the hallway.

The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. This hotel is right on the beach so the views are top notch. Sunset view was a 10/10. The room we had was light and airy with a panoramic view of the ocean. There is an amazing rooftop terrace with a bar and restaurant AND a hot tub that overlooks everything - private to guests only. Only downfall was it is close to the Faro airport so you can hear planes during the day but it quiets down at night - just enough to hear the waves from your room! We stayed here our last night in Portugal and I couldn't be happier with this hotel.

Our room and all areas accesed were nice and clean and tidy. The staff here go over and above to help you with anything you may need, they are polite bright and nothing seems too much trouble. The rooftop bar and food area is lovley and has a great view. The beds are really comfortable and the bed linen of good quality with extra pillows and bedding if needed.

The location is IDEAL - the staff will go out of their way to accommodate you. I'll go back and would recommend it to family/friends!!!
