Comfortable beds and quiet, clean room!

If iwould have directly booked thro Hilton it may have been better. The third party had said there were certain amenities and things of that nature. If there were they werent given to me. Ill let you know what they did have that was promosed. "Game"room. Was ONE pool table( didnt have all the balls to play 8ball, enough to play 9ball tho) thats not billards. They have many common areas in lobby with tv. They had an indoor pool closed at 10. Gym open 247. You had to go get a bucket of ice then they had despensers on every floor. They had a buffet breakfast from 6am-10am it was really nice, but nothing special. I was supposed to have a microwave in my room. I had a fridge( no ice box) there was ONE microwave in lobby near where you can buy a personal stoufers meal for 9$ drinks and alcohol for money and heat it up there. Says they have robes. I had none. I expected a lot it being a hilton. Im not sure if it was like i said booked thro a third party so i wasnt given the room i payed way too much for. Idk if it was the hotel. I want to give it 5 stars but it was the worst hilton ive been to even tho i t was still a nice hotel. Great to bring family always i just expect a lot from them and i dont knkw who messed that up but this particular stay qasnt great. Other guest and childern were so loud i eounder if they knew that you can hear everytthing above yo uand out side your door?,i know. That for what i paid i should have had a better stay. Great hotel i just got bandoozled by 3rd

Last minute decision to make reservation to watch family member in softball tournament. First time staying with a Tru hotel and will definitely stay again.

Nice clean hotel right off the hwy

The hotel is nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Very convenient location. I would stay here again. Only issue is that the convenient location off the interstate leads to a noisy night. remember to play white noise on your phone or tablet to tune out the sound of vehicles zipping up and down the highway and you’ll have a good night.

I really enjoyed my stay, the staff was very accommodating and the hotel itself was very clean and nice. Only complaints are a consistent banging noise starting at 6 AM and being able to hear the room above you showering.

We had to originally change rooms due to the key fob not working to let us in. They moved us down the hall right away and were very friendly about it. Very comfortable. Good breakfast.

Easy business travel experience.

One of the two rooms I reserved was not ready at check in. Pool was closed due to a chemical issue (whole reason we chose that location was so kids could swim). Half the property was under construction and we had to walk through construction stuff to get to room. Flooring was ripped up and wall paper hanging off. None of this was warned ahead of time.

The room and the hotel is great. Loved the space in the room. The amenities. However. The breakfast is horrible. No one likes mystery meat. The supposed sausage was gray. Not very good selections at all. Really need to step up the food so it matches the hotel

I stayed here before and like the way the hotel is tucked away like you are in a residential neighborhood, but you are close (less than a mile)from lots of dining options and other things. Nice, clean hotel for not too much,

breakfast lady was very friendly and hard working.... she did a great job..... food was also very good.....

Room was good, communal spaces were good, staff were great. The only problem was the road noise from the interstate during the night. It helps to have the AC fan running continuously for some white noise.

The most uncomfortable beds! Between those, and the loudness of the air conditioner, we barely slept all night! No in room coffee, no comfortable chair. Will NOT ever stay at a TRU hotel again.

Everything was great, with the exception of the design of the bed foundations. They were basically a wooden frame with the mattress on top. The frame was fastened to the floor and larger than the mattress. This caused me to smack my shins several times and curse this design. Other than that, it is a nice new hotel, very clean.
