The property smelled moldy in the first floor hallway. Room was very damp when we checked into our room on the 2nd floor. There are dark spots on the room walls. Not sure if they are caused by mold. Room is small but the beds are comfy. Location is not bad but have to transfer if you fly out of Haneda Int’l airport. We stayed in Minn Nihonbashi in Osaka where we had a much better experience.

The room was so comfortable and clean with proper air conditioning, and the check-in is smooth if you do it right (instructions are easy to follow). The beds were super comfortable and thick. Shower products are provided. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall was a great stay and would recommend it especially for a family.

Wow, this place is a hidden gem! We had a 16-hour layover (arrived at midnight) and it was super easy to get to from Haneda Airport via Uber. The price was also really reasonable, less than comparable hotels, offering so much more! The check-in was quick and painless, and it even accommodated our whole family of 6, so we didn’t need multiple rooms. It was spacious enough for us, had a kitchenette, and even a washing machine! We would definitely stay here again. Just a small wish that checkout was noon (even 11 would have been better than 10), but not a biggie. It’s an excellent choice for a large family! 👏

Hot water was not available. Air conditioner was either working at high speed or not. It was not stopping once it reach to the desirable temperature.
Virtual checking was little hard as well.

The hotel was very clean. No noisy residents. The location was great, just minutes away from Haneda airport. The local neighborhood was quiet with a convenience store around the corner. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The lobby door battery was out of power, and I was unable to open it, when I report that situation to the first representative, that guy turn off my line after I required help, and the second representative told me the key was in the public washroom. The first representative is terrible.

The location is very good but the room was kinda dirty, so much dust. It made my nose and my sensitive skin terrible

There are no staff members at check in which makes the check in process quite tricky. Our room was ok but the washing machine was dirty and the microwave was unusable because it had a burning smell. We did get these sorted but other things which I would have liked include a toaster, a sofa and generally more utensils in the kitchen. This is a very basic fitted place to stay but could definitely be improved.

A small hotel, within easy walking distance of shops and train station. There are no facilities to leave luggage after check out, although we were a family of 4, there were only crockery and cutlery for 3. Behind the bed and the dip in the headboard could do with more regular cleaning. Apart from this it was clean, tidy, modern and comfortable.

Excellent hotel, very practical, clean, and with so many local restaurant options within walking distance. Convenience store just next door.
I would highly recommend Minn Hotel, especially for those travelling with the family. The kids really enjoyed the very comfy double bunk beds.

The check in process was confusing and done by iPad sitting on the front desk. After check in you then have to use a separate iPad and get codes to two different doors. Very unusual.
Worse than that is the size of the rooms. We booked several rooms for four people in each room and assumed the size would be fine. Wrong! We stayed in double bunk beds which were up against a wall and should not have been allowed. Way too small for four people. Should be max 2 to a room. Everything is Japanese too so bring your translators. I will never return,

What I liked about it was that you could check in at anytime because some places you would have to wait a certain time to check in and it made it difficult to actually settle.

We needed somewhere not far from Haneda airport after a long flight, and somewhere close to the train station. This was both. Our family of 4 easily fitted into the comfortable room. It’s a quiet area with supermarkets and cafes nearby so was easy to find food options too. All up a good stay.

Excellent!!! I like the hotel location; it’s close to the train/metro station, there’s tons of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and there’s also a laundromat just a few minutes’ walk away. My room has a washing machine and small kitchenette, which is very convenient.

There is no human at the reception desk which made it a bit confusing for us, but all worked out great in the end. Elevator needs fresh painting and new flooring, The unit is smaller than expected, but in great working condition and very clean and comfortable. there is no English instruction on how things work, but it was not hard for us to figure things out. Overall it's a great place to stay, close transportation and plenty of restaurants, convenient stores, and shopping areas all within walking distance.

We had a good time at Kamata area, you're close to the airport and not so far away from Tokyo downtown area.
You have everything you need for your day life at Kamata station. Even a direct bus to the airport is by the train station.

The hotel is closed to JR station and convenience store. The staff was very kind. When my kid saw a bunk bed, he was so excited to sleep on it. Also it has washing machine and dryer in bathroom. Great place to stay!
One down thing that it is difficult to adjust the room temperature because of the bunk bed. If the person feel comfortable on the second floor, 1st floor person feels cold. Other than that it is very good hotel for family.

We travel with our 8 years old son. Really like the comfort quadruple room, feels like staying at home. Very spacious and comfortable, convenient for cooking as well.

Easy to check in. After using the QR code you have to call to be able to get in
Good area. All you need around. 15 min from Haneda, 30min to reach Shinjuku, ueno. Close to Shinagawa station (to get shinkansen). A bit too long to get to odaiba.
The only negative things was that the restroom/ bathroom were not clean (no real cleaning for a while). Very surprising (almost chocking) for Japan.

Cleaning the room before the guests check in is not done properly . The room is very dirty. I experienced this problem every time I stayed.
