Roaches, roaches, roaches. I called down to desk twice all I got was an I’m sorry. I had to check out early. Had to track down manager after already leaving messages and when I finally spoke to manager he said no notes was left from front desk people making him aware of situation. No compensation was offered just a possible future discount for when I return. WHAT?!?!!! I won’t EVER return to be using that. Not taking this serious is a big problem. I spent $100 to stay with roaches ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Best Western plus I found for another night: great full hot breakfast, indoor pool, gym, few dollars cheaper and NO ROACHES!! So sorry didn’t find them sooner. RED ROOF/HOME TOWNE DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!

Perks: pet friendly, full sized refrigerator, restaurant on property. Decent break spot for long distance travelers.
Down side: exits held open with stones so smokers could enter and exit constantly, fire alarm went off at 1:30am and wouldn’t stop, lights were still flashing when we left.

Room had alot of gnats and few roaches. Wifi signal was not strong at all itcwas bcery weak. Couldn't connect to my laptop, tablet or even my phone. The bed was on some metal platform so when u sit or move on bed it sound like drums or a band playing. Other than that the room was big, spacious, clean. I gave it an average

Don’t bother booking this hotel isn’t worth.
The rooms are far away, long corridors on the second floors, TV don’t work, beds without covers, only two bath towels and one hand wash cloth, in three days nobody
Change or fix bed or clean the bathroom.
The pillows on the bed were horrible. The card to open the door didn’t work I have to go back downstairs to get another card to open the door. Stay away from this hotel.

There were bugs crawling in the bathroom
Load noises and knocking on our door 2 times throughout the night
No black out curtains yet we were right under a street light
A man walking around the front driveway from the minute we Pulled in until at least 12 just passing
We would have complained about all this to them but it wouldn’t have matter
We asked for help with our blinds because they were broken. They came to fix them and tried to show my fiancé how with attitude
We had been on an 10 day trip and we were exhausted just need sleep before our flight
Needless to say we got no rest yet paid $120
I use hotel.com for every travel and I have never been satisfied

This hotel was by far one of the worst places I have booked. We didn’t even get to stay. We opened the door to our room and it smelled of smoke so much that we were able to smell it as soon as the door was open. When we went down to the front desk the lady named Viva was very rude and not understanding, she walked away during our conversation as if she didn’t care. She argued with us about getting a receipt or proof we didn’t stay there. Overall property was horrible, dirty and run down. Staff were terrible. Pool was closed and the lady at front desk said she didn’t know when it would open. Police were called when I was checking in due to the fact they weren’t returning a ladies deposit. Overall terrible experience.

I stayed at Hometown for a week and I enjoyed my stay. Front desk was very nice and helpful. I talked with the new GM in the morning. He told me about the progress that they have made and future plans for improvement.
There were no rowdy people on the property. I felt very safe and my room was extremely clean. WiFi was fast. Bed was comfortable. Everything worked in the room and water was hot. There is a nice restaurant and bar on the premises to enjoy a drink in the evening after a long day at work. All in all my stay was great. Recommend to everyone.

Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I would not recommend anyone staying here if they value peace and safety. Called for a noise complaint and the lady working the front desk basically said it wasn’t her problem.

We often praise that hotels must be on our exceptional service. They appreciate friendly and helpful staff members who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Like Wifi is good, Mattress is so comfortable. Room smells with pleasant odour. Outside seenary looks good with the pretty Gardneir, seperate smoking zone available.
Overall i do have pleasant and a peacfull staff with the expectations.

I was at first very skeptical to book a room at this hotel due to the past reviews. But took the chance anyways as it was closer to my Mom's house. And they have a small kitchenette and are pet friendly.
It was perfectly fine for my one night stay. The check-in clerk was pleasant. The hotel was nice and clean though slightly dated. The Housekeepers were all friendly and gave me a pair of extra wash cloths next day morning. Not too bad unlike the reviews.

I booked a stay in a room that was supposed to be smoke free. It REEKS of smoke. The room is literally damp. My socks are wet from walking around on the floors. The towels smell like mildew and mold. One of them was crusty to the touch. There are cockroaches EVERYWHERE. The room had very obviouslt not even been vacuumed. The building is disgusting in the halls.

I also don't appreciate a desk clerk is seems to have difficulty answering questions and does not think it is rude to answer the phone while helping a customer.

This was by far the worst place we have ever stayed. I have never called corporate in all of my yeas of traveling but did on this hotel. That was even before the horrible night. There was yelling and screaming and furniture being thrown in the room next to us. What sounded like prostitutes all night long in the hallways at one point I thought I should call the police but really was just wanting for the sun to go up and get out of there. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

This hotel used to be nice. I found dead roaches in my room then they transferred me to another room. That was even more disgusting. They had no towels for the room that I was in but they transferred me to smelt like cigarettes. When I ask for a non-smoking room the bedsheets were dirty as hell to make them switch it, this place just went down the drain to whoever the owner is. I hope you turn this place around.

What I did like was the convenience of the hotel, I didnt like that I had to wait 45 mins to check in because the Manager wasn't at the front desk, the towels were old, the room smelled like dust and mildew, the bed had blood stains on it, and people in and out making all types noises all night I believe some folks live there.

This property was not ready to be open for business. Nothing was plugged in - lights, refrigerator, microwave. There was an open junction box in the wall with exposed conduit. The people were not that friendly. I would never stay there again.
