My husband and I love this hotel whenever we visit family in the area. It is truly a little home away from home and close to shopping for anything you may need. Ivy Silver, keep up the great work😊

The property was great in all aspects. Great value for the upscale accommodations. There were problems with the key-less entry which could be avoided ( and led to frustration) if the instructions were clearer.

When I searched Expedia for a hotel, they failed to mention that this hotel has no staff. Turns out that the text I received and ignored for pre-check-in, should have been named self-check-in because it's the only way to get into the building and get a room. After a 5-hr drive and a full bladder, it was frustrating 25 mins on an app download and check-in process in my car. Expedia needs to update its description for this hotel as I probably would not have selected it, although after reviewing the hotel website later, the no-staff approach is disclosed. My issue is only with Expedia. I have to say that this is a very clean, beautiful and nicely appointed property. However, the sliding doors inside the room had issues that prevented them from properly closing and the complementary breakfast is actually in another building. And it does feel a little weird to enter a hotel lobby with greeter, no TV running, no people, no sign of life.

All hotel rooms should be designed like SHC.

The apartment was very clean and kitchen had all amenities.

I liked the rooms were a t areasonable rate and close to the start for our race. I did not like the fact it was non contact and no one to physically talk to or check in with. Those who are tech it would be great.

Difficult and confusing clubhouse access - advertised sauna wasn’t accessible. Noisy from other occupants. Desk wasn’t assembled right so I couldn’t work. No one taking responsibility. I had to just get another hotel room.

This hotel is beyond amazing. It felt like high class living. Even had a full size washer & dryer in our room. There are a few small cons- #1- the amenities are located in the clubhouse which is down the street #2- everything is digital and done on your phone. You check in and get your key on your phone. There is no front desk. It’s just odd if this is your first time staying here but now that we know how it works, it’s not so bad.

Great place to stay! Affordable for the size of room, has a kitchen and laundry! I would recommend.

I enjoyed my stay at the silver collection hotel! The room was very spacious and clean. Also I loved the breakfast, they have plenty of options for everyone. I will be returning in the future.

Great room and amenities.

Clean and new - impressively appointed. Bed was soft and saggy in the middle; pillows were uncomfortable hard. That's our only complaint, but when you only want a place to sleep, that's important!

An excellent stop on our way to Florida, the room was spacious and very clean. Plenty of stores around to pick up anything needed.

The rooms and amenities in the room were very nice. The walk to the pool and chromecasts not working made the trip a bit difficult.

The actual room was outstanding! Fully equipped kitchen would allow cooking meals. Comfortable lounging area with big tv. Bath and bedroom are first class. If the review was based solely on room it would be 5 stars. The location of the hotel is very convenient to shopping and dining. The negative is the amenities. The breakfast room, fitness facilities and outdoor pool are in a clubhouse shared with the apartments. Not the easiest to find and is at the other end of a large series of apartment buildings. Must be close to a mile between them. The hotel seems to be designed for extended stays. Not real convenient for short stays given the amenities location and the lack of a real person at a front desk to answer questions.

Very clean and quiet. The only issues were a broken stopper in the bathroom sink and flickering light bulbs in the bedroom. But nothing to deter me from staying again. Nice clubhouse too!

Breakfast not in the same building 10min car drive first hotel ever l had to drive for breakfast. No security no personal. Dangerous if you have a emergency there no staff on the premises

It was so confusing....no concierge and no way to even get into the room without doing computer acrobatics. Finally left and didn’t stay there.

Loved how big the room was. Like staying in a apartment.

The balcony is a great addition and sets it apart from other hotels in the area!

I have stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions, and the accommodations are excellent. The keyless access is convenient, however, the checking in instructions are not clear enough about needing to place your phone’s screen directly on the lock in order to gain access to the room. During my second visit, the Wi-Fi password was not posted by the TV, so I needed to call the service line, and had no issues reaching someone (I have found that it is more helpful to call as opposed to using Ivy, as the bot does not always respond). The hotel rooms have a laminated graphic card showing where the Clubhouse is located, (which is a 10-12 minute walk away from the hotel), but the graphic itself is not clear about how to access the Clubhouse, which is located in a fenced, residential area of the property. Upon my arrival, I was able to run into the property after a resident exited in their car, which allowed for the gates to open. Upon exiting the Clubhouse, I discovered that there were areas along the fence where you can open the gate to enter and exit as a pedestrian. Again, instructions about accessing the property as opposed to just where it is located should be clearly provided to hotel guests. Finally, and importantly, the OpenKey app allows access into the Clubhouse, but it does not provide access to the gym, which has its own sensor lock for residents only. There was only one person in the gym who luckily let me in, but I cannot rely on gym access for future stays.

The Silver Collection Hotel is comfortable and spacious. My only concern is the digital key. Takes a bit long to unlock the room door.
