Was right on the Village. Was perfect for our trip. Will stay again.

This was the perfect place for us to spend a night in big bear. The space was large and had a lot to offer. Our favorite is the jacuzzi tub! We were also able to walk to get something to eat after a long drive in less than a minute! The host was extremely communicative and helpful throughout the whole process. Thanks!

Left the convenience of the location had issues with the internet Wi-Fi provider other than that everything was fine. Shows would get stuck have to reload right in the middle of a movie etc very annoying

Spent a few days up here to hike some trails and get away from the city. This is one of my favorite spots, not only because of the homey feel but because the location is central to many shops and entertainment. Keep in mind it's not a 5 star hotel, the rooms have some character. I have stayed here before and would stay again.

What a sweet little find this place was. Large and clean and quiet. Right in the Village. We had a great time and will be back for sure.

Like the fact that its right in the middle of the village and you can just walk everywhere in that area.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The check in was a little tricky. They don’t seem to have anyone in the office except for very select hours. I guess they tried to contact us but as we didn’t have phone service, we didn’t receive the text regarding checkin. Thankfully we ran into another guest who had the contact number for the owner and we were able to connect and check in. The place is spacious and very nice! Kitchen is well stocked with most of what you need to cook. No can opener but everything else was good! Would definitely stay here again!

Bed is bad and gave my wife back pain. Room code is a 4 digit number and so feels very insecure, there is no latch to close when you are inside.

Everything was great. Nothing I didn’t like. I would come back.

The place is in a great location, close to the mountain, shops, and restaurants. Most importantly, it has a kitchen with utensils, cups, plates, bowls, and cookware, so you can save some money and eat at the rental

Super location, steps away from the main street in the Big Bear Village. Older property, with well-maintained rooms and new shower/bathroom. We had lots of space, a nice kitchen and a fun "mountain vibe" in the room. My teenagers loved the big space and ability to find a quiet corner.

It was horrible. The room had a terrible musty smell. The fireplace did not work. The office closed at 5:30 and they were not available except by text and if it was an emergency. The couch was very uncomfortable. The pictures made the place much better than it was. I had headaches and so did my wife. As soon as we got outside they would go away. It was very very disappointing. We left on Saturday at 3pm. We just couldn’t get comfortable.

Place is goof for family

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Very convenient part of Big Bear Village. Close walk to restaurants and shopping. It was nice to have a bedroom and kitchen along with a day bed, trundle bed, and couch. Only complaint would be the sinks. The kitchen sink had a nozzle control thing, but it either sprayed violently and it got everywhere or it was a little drizzle. Made it hard to do dishes. Bathroom sink water pressure was a little weak, but wasn’t too bad. Beds were decent. Couch was comfy. Smart tv had all the apps to choose from. We brought our Wii Switch and had tons of fun. We would definitely stay here again.

So much to like- especially location- being right at the village was awesome!! Great staff. Convenient parking. Clean, maybe too clean (the aroma was very strong for my tastes). The bed in the bedroom was adorable!

It was a wonderful winter stay. The room was warm with the fire place going for me when I checked in. Clean sheets comfortable furniture and a well equipped kitchen. I couldn’t believe what a deal it was located right in the heart of the village.

The location was perfect. The beds were not comfortable to us. I would stay again just because of the location.

It’s quite reasonably priced, the rooms are large, it has full kitchen, the rooms are kept spotlessly clean, there are a lot of thoughtful touches, its rules are reasonable and assume that you are an intelligent adult, it has a very accommodating dog policy, there are no hidden fees, and it’s right at ground zero for walking to restaurants and shops. If you are a couple who like to be able to stretch out with a separate bedroom or a small family that wants to save by cooking a few meals, this is the place for you. Just a couple of things: (1) There is on-property space for only a single vehicle, and that parking can get a little tight (there is free public parking about 100 meters); (2) Unless you have a ground units, you’ll be walking up a flight of stairs; (3) Bring some basic spices & oil\butter; (4) This isn’t a cute cabin tucked away in a forest; it’s an old school in-town motel that was probably a small apartment building on a very popular street; (5) The heater is strong and efficient but during August you’ll need that big fan they give you; (6) If you are a delicate sleeper, you’ll need to use that fan to create some white noise, and (7) There is no daily housekeeping, though the office is right downstairs for swapping out towels & linens (the cleaning crew that comes in after you depart do a great job, so tip generously). We’d come back here in a heartbeat. Wonderful place to use for a base for skiing or other exploration in this area! Nick in Palm Springs

Staff was super friendly ! I love the spa bath it was amazing and the kitchen was so convenient! And price was super affordable! Most definitely staying here again
