As with most residence inn, breakfast was awesome. I had an issue with the heater and they moved me to another room with ease. Rooms are spacious and kitchen was a huge plus. Bed was very comfortable. A 10m drive to downtown, although they do have shuttles running.

I come to Steamboat 4 times a year and this will be where I stay from now on. The room was clean and very large. Staff was friendly.

This hotel is very nice! Beautiful room. Great location. Only bad thing, is Pine Grove Street is VERY LOUD. Take earplugs!!! The traffic was so loud & then the snowplows started about 3:30am. They must’ve made 6-8 trips by the hotel.. the walls are very thin as well. I could hear people talking in the next room clear as day.

Very comfortable stay at the Residence Inn. Breakfast was great with lots of choices and proteins. The fire pit area was relaxing and the s'mores kits were a nice touch! Each staff member we encountered was polite and helpful.

The stay was great. Only one thing that was strange is we needed to pay for parking. That is strange. Why do we pay a separate fee?!

This hotel was no frills but still had everything. Room was comfortable and roomy, also clean and modern. Love the outdoor hot tub and the fact that it stays open until 10pm. The free breakfast was one of the best I've ever seen, lot of choices.

Facility is very nice, comfortable, and clean. Ok location - we drove most places. We had a small dog with us - pet friendly but an additional $125 for a pet, and you have to pay for parking. That should be on the website so people aren’t shocked when they get there. It’s a very nice place to stay!

It was great except for the dog barking at 4am! The breakfast was expansive and there was plenty of options for vegetarians.

If you are going to charge $125 a night for a dog, I would hope the facility would be more pet friendly. I couldn’t be in the pool with my son because I couldn’t bring the dog into the pool area, not even on a leash. She wasn’t going to get into the pool!

This hotel was very nice clean and modern it had out door fire pitch with chairs they even had s’mores , walkable plus bike trails right outside breakfast was GREAT
Staff super friendly also close to Fish Creek Falls park perfect place to stay

While is was clean, I was disappointed that after a day of recreating in and around Steamboat, room service hadn't entered my room even made the bed.

Wonderful property! Perfect for our family of 4. Clean, comfortable rooms, great breakfast. There’s also a space to store bikes which was useful for us. We would highly recommend!

There was no soap in the bathroom and the lock on the door was broken and difficult. When we told the person at the front desk, they told us a "trick" to help with the door and told us they would fill up the soap in the shower - but then never did.

A new mattress wouldn’t hurt. It had a dent in the middle. The mattress was shot. Other than that, all was wonderful.

Very bad cleaning service. I asked them to make my bed, take out the trash and bring towels and they never did it. I even asked at reception and directly to the jousekeeping and they didn't do it.

My father in law has been a member and stays in Residence inns for months at a time and highly recommended. I loved the location and property, staff was awesome....the only problem is the bed was completely worn out..as if an elephant had slept in it, I did not sleep a wink the bed has such a large crater in it..room awesome...bed terrible...

Only two things were a little below a 5 star rating. Compared to other Residence Inn properties we’ve stayed recently, this ones bar at night had a much more limited drink and food selection. Also, the oatmeal for breakfast was very watery. Not really palatable. However, the overall stay at the property and in the area was excellent

The staff was wonderful! Katherine was very friendly and made us feel comfortable. The pool was awesome and the close location to breakfast, groceries and dinner options was great.

Property was clean, perfect and easily accessible. Safeway Grocery is next to this property, and it is easy to walk and get your groceries (if cooking), water, beer/wine and whatsoever.
The employees who are working at this property are very down to earth, smiley, communicative and very helpful. Thanks to Kathyrn and Blake (BLV) who were working at the front desk during our stay! They are awesome!
Parking is limited and had little trouble find the spot in the night around 11 PM local time. It could be possible that they have x number of rooms and x number of parking spaces! I guess, nothing to worry. Parking fee was $10 per day!
I will definitely recommend this Residence Inn by Marriott at Steamboat Springs and will definitely go back.
