Very friendly and helpful staff from check-in to check-out. Very comfy and stylish lobby, bar area and rooftop settings; our room was great and such a stunning view w/magical sunset (pic attached) as well as charming flower bed at window overlooking 5th St. & town!

The location of the hotel is nice in Eugene and not too far from UofO (1.2 miles - walkable). The hotel is interesting and nice. The service is good especially since they will pick you up and drop you off at the airport. The rooftop bar is nice and the food and drinks tasty.

Wonderful Hotel, and the rooftop restaurant is just great. Only two minor issues, the smell of the room was pretty strong of men's cologne and the shower had a half wall? Kind of bizarre, but there wasn't a ton of water on the floor when it was all said and done, so again, minor issue.

Friendly staff and great location near shops and restaurants. Food at restaurant just OK. Mattress was lumpy and the shower curtain was not long enough resulting in lots of water spilling on the bathroom floor. Still recommend this place overall.

We were extremely confused on the parking protocol which lead to an uncomfortable interaction with a resident in the area

I came Here on my wedding night thinking it would be a great idea boy was i wrong, i was treated very poorly and my party of 6 was treated very poorly also i was talked into upgrading my room for an extra what they said would be 100usd total than was told it was 100usd a night i proceeded to not stay the second night due to how bad my party was treated the first night and was still charged for the second night and the extra 100 usd for the room upcharge, also their is no parking and it is forced valet for another charge of 25 usd . i will never come to another hotel owned by Mr Obie ever again , if i could only express how this hotel COMPLETELY RUINED my wedding night i dont think anyone would ever come to the gordon ever again.

Just a stopover on a long drive…Hotel was very nice…Very Clean…Good Restaurants…The Lobby and outside had a fun Atmosphere…Service was very good….Room was nothing special but clean…We walked just a few blocks and saw a not so nice side of Eugene…Stay near the Hotel and all is good…Train whistles in the middle of the night very close…But not the Hotels fault

Great location, beautiful hotel and friendly staff. The only reason I rate this a 3-star is because of the bed. It was so hard and uncomfortable, I was glad we only booked one night because there is no way my husband nor I would have made it another night in this bed. We were so disappointed because everything else about this hotel was incredible BUT the bed HAS to be comfortable - it’s a hotel after all!

Gordon Hotel has a gracious & professional staff, all of whom were helpful & friendly. The building itself is clean, well decorated & spacious. I loved the art my room & in common areas! We enjoyed the Tavern on Fl 1. The area felt safe there’s lots of places to eat & shop nearby. We’ll stay here again!!

The hotel was nice, the Gordon Tavern had good food, the rooms were clean and we liked that it was connected to a decent shopping area. However, we could not sleep after 5 am when children in the room on the floor above us woke up and started jumping on the bed, running across the room, making lots of noise until their father started yelling at them to stop running and jumping but that did not help. This hotel must not have cement between the floors because it sounded like they were in our room! Since there is so much sound transfer between floors the hotel should be careful to put children on the lowest floor so this does not happen to another guest.

Great place to stay in Eugene. The tavern and the rooftop restaurant were great options. Their welcome drink was a nice touch. Great location being so close to the 5th Street happenings and downtown. We even walked to campus. Only negative was our room was on the train side and did hear it a few times during the night. Will stay there again.

Very comfortable and beautiful place to stay. We were there for a concert at The Hult Center. The location was perfect and great for walking to shops, restaurants and the concert venue. The staff was very friendly and attentive. My only concern was that the wait staff in the hotel restaurant was a little slow and not so friendly.

Had a great vibe. Room was modern, clean, comfortable with all the comforts of home. The bar, restaurant and rooftop bar were all great. Will be back for sure.

Very well-maintained hotel with many pleasing guest amenities (free wine/beer in evenings, free snacks). The staff couldn’t have been nicer or mote helpful, especially Dave at the front desk.
Loved the food and views from the rooftop Carlita’s restaurant/bar.
