I checked in late Monday night (Oct 2024), having paid for my room the Wednesday before. Staff was friendly and welcoming. I only needed to sleep there and then wake up at 4 AM to head to a medical appointment. The place didn’t have to be super nice. The door to my room did not close good- it didn’t fit the frame. I had to engage the manual lock at the top to feel safe on any level. Secondly, the room looked clean and seemed fairly recently remodeled, I killed two roaches on the wall so I immediately made sure there was no bags or anything on the floor. Lastly, there were a lot of workers gathered around a truck right outside of my room and we’re openly drinking beer. Needless to say, I didn’t want to go outside even to the ice machine. The staff was friendly, not only in the office, but cleaning staff as well. I would not stay here again.

We stay at this hotel nearly every time we go to Ada, due to pricing. Our room this visit lacked the usual satisfactory cleanliness. There was an excessive amount of dead bugs swept into the corners and at least a dozen loose hairs in the bathroom that should have been easily cleaned or wiped away. The beds were comfortable, the air was cold, and not a lot of outside noise to interrupt our sleep. We will stay here again.

Digital key wouldn't work. Had to call hotel clerk twice. The room was extremely muggy and had an odor. I sprayed Lysol throughout the room. The humidity in the room made the bedding feel wet. Pretty skimpy on shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Not enough for two people.

Access to rooms are from the outside and could hear when the room above me were shutting the door. Hotel was clean, check in lady was kind but equivalent to red roof inn or a motel 6.

The bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable. For some reason the room was humid even with the air. Conditioning on. Otherwise all was good. The breakfast was great.

Hand cap accessable room but toilet wasn't a handicap toilet and was very short.. while as showering water wood flood bathroom floor making it very slippery and was hard for me to mop up, a piece of trim on wall by refrigerator kept falling off.... Staff that checked me in was friendly and it took her almost an hour to get TV to work ...

This hotel was so nasty the bathroom smelled of urine so bad that my husband literally threw up from the smell and could not even go in the bathroom. The bedding had blood splatter all over it and something must have exploded in the refrigerator because there was yellow stuff all in it when he went to put his food in there. He was only there for a couple hours and finally just had to check out and leave it was so bad.

Pleasantly surprised at how good of a stay this was compared to the price. The rooms are decorative but absolutely have everything you need. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The room was clean and neat; the roll-in shower was messy because the shower curtain was about 2" above the floor and the surrounding area got soaked. There was also some sort of metal frame under the bed that made a loud clanging sound if you bumped it with your toes. It sounded like old movie sound effect thunder. I also suggested that the railing on the stairs be painted, because I was looking down unloading luggage and stood up and hit my head on the landing rail (we were on the gound floor).

The grounds were very well lit and there were security cameras which we liked. The facility was clean but bathroom could have been cleaner. The mattress was super hard and uncomfortable.

Terrible place to stay we endured a family fighting the entire night long not only were they verbally fighting they were physically fighting when we tried to call the front desk and 911 are phone in our room did not work and unfortunately it happened to be when the phone services were down nationwide so our cell phones didn't work either so needless to say very I'm safe with phones not working and when we addressed this issue to the front desk lady the following morning she wanted to argue with us

The hotel was updated, clean, and had a very well lighted parking lot. Would stay again.

Our room was not cleaned very well and there was a used washcloth left hanging on the shower curtain, tissues should have been replaced. Other than that, it was a decent stay.

This was the perfect place for us to stay in Ada. I was having surgery the next morning at the Chickasaw Medical Health Center and the weather was not supposed to be good for travel. Staying close to the hospital gave me peace of mind so I would get to my surgery on time.

Sheets had not been changed on bed. Had to be moved to another room. Pillows were like card board boxes. Chairs in room were soiled.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western in Ada, OK, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped through the doors to the time I checked out, my experience was nothing short of excellent.

The biggest complaint is just how paper-thin the walls are. I could clearly hear conversations happening in the rooms around and above us, and there was a kid running around in the room above us that caused so much noise it echoed in our room. The bed was also squeaky and wobbly as hell. But overall, the stay was fairly middle-of-the-road.

I don't like the metal panels under the bed frame. I'm always kicking them & they make a bunch of noise

Everything was great with the exception that our room smelled strong of cigarette smoke. I immediately notified the front desk and told them we could stay in the room, we just didn't want to be charged for something like this since we are NOT smokers.

We thought the property a good value but the guest next door were extremely loud until 1:00 AM we got little sleep. The property caters to extended stay guests.

The room was dirty, walls in restroom, tray under coffee maker, burns in duvet. We stayed only because we had already paid and didn't want to bother with refunds and the hassle of having to find another place, because we were late checking in to begin with.
