Room 109 was dark, smaller than photos lead you to believe, bed was comfy. No hand washing basin in toilet which meant you had to leave toilet and walk to shower room. The bed is positioned directly in full view of the corridor when the door is opened not screened at all. Fire alarm went off and we left the building as expected. Not one staff member engaged with us about it, we had to ask if it was a false alarm.
On arrival I asked if there was a restaurant, told No. However the stay included breakfast for our 2 night stay. We were never informed of this so missed out on Breakfast both days. Good location and secure car park mane it a good spot. Should have been told about breakfast though.

Location was great, plenty of restaurants nearby and easy walk to the old town. Staff went out of their way to help. Our room was upgraded ,but we found it rather dark and found it difficult to get ready. All in all would recommend this hotel.

Honestly perfect. Great car parking and close to main city. Beautifully set surrounded by bars and restaurants. Service was incredible and the check in gentleman brought our stuff to the room

Only stayed one night but good looking room, well appointed and in the center of the city. Easily walkable to everything and I noticed a part of the Porsche driving experience. Highly recommend for those going to Le Mans

All good with this hotel and the service, but i got 2 times unlycky the kitchen bog fan was outside room 211 and was off and on, and all nigth i could listen to the

Everything you want from a good hotel.
Good quality mattress and pillows, mood lightening, toilet separate from bathroom, nespresso coffee machine, good inexpensive breakfast, many restaurants outside the hotel, parking was cheap and onsite.
The hotel is inside an old convent. It has a romantic/historic ambience.

Stayed several times in this hotel. Sadly the most recent visit was not as positive. Arrived at 1pm and told our rooms would not be ready until 3pm which was fine but with torrential rain outside we were not offered refreshments or somewhere to change out of our soaked travelling clothes. Rooms overlooking the front of the hotel are fine but the rooms overlooking the rear light well are very dark as only limited lighting provided.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the hotel is in the best location, close to all central bars and restaurants, all in walkable distance. The room is as a pretty good size, the water pressure in the shower was great. Would definitely stay there again!

This hotel is a converted palace, but very contemporary. We had a suite, it was massive, and stylish with a superb bed - must be emporer size! The bathroom was an old chapel, it all had the wow factor. We slept better than we could imagine, the room was very dark and extremely quiet, we loved it! We didn't use the spa unfortunately, there was a charge for it which I think was a bit much to charge customers. It is right in the centre of Le Mans, next to a fabulous quare of restaurants, and also the tram
