The front desk and manager were horrible. Our credit card had been recently updated. I had called the hotel to update our card info. We showed up and our second room had been cancelled. When I spoke with the hotel to update our card info I confirmed I wanted to keep both rooms. Instead of helping us resolve the issue the manager told us to cancel our bookings and find another hotel. She actually shouted at least 5 times "your credit card was declined". There were several people in the lobby. It was embarrassing. We had to rebook the second room, but only 1 night was available (but we were actually charged for 2 nights - which the hotel corrected after a phone call). We still were charged the cancellation fee (we hope to resolve this soon).

Room was spacious and clean. Shower had some black mold in corners. Even though it’s not on the beach there was a $10 parking fee for staying. Bed was very comfy and breakfast was accommodating.

Enjoyed the room. Was a great value. The only thing I had issues with was hearing the heavy doors from surrounding rooms open/close frequently and then our night stand clock/alarm was set for 6am so that woke us up this morning. Probably was pre-set by former guests. So aside from being woken up earlier than desired it was a pleasant stay.

This is a must stay hotel! Everything was perfect and the guest we encountered were friendly. I shall return to hotel.

We were there for my daughter's USFA softball world series. It was a block from Publix Field and about 20 min from Frank Brown. Location was nice and clean. Staff was great. They were very understanding have a bunch of young girls running around. We have an AC issue one night and they had another one install that next morning. Highly recommend.

The hotel is beautiful. The room is big enough for my family of 5. The breakfast was wonderful. Several options to choose from. My only frustration was trying to get towels and rags. I asked the person cleaning on the floor we were staying on for additional towels and rags as we first didn’t have enough in the room. She didn’t have any, but took two out of a room she was cleaning and suggested to go to the front desk to get more. The gentleman at the front desk was condescending as he told me to check each floor for the staff as they would have some. I asked staff and him twice before seeing a random cart with two towels and kitchen rags. The beds were extremely hard.

I did not like the staff at the desk. I arrived from driving four hours with a toddler and the desk was rude. It was three ladies talking, im 45 minutes, yes 45 minutes early to check in and was turned around to wait 45 minutes. I would understand if it was hours early but 45 minutes. The toddler was irritated and agitated from the ride and we had to sit and wait. I've never ran across this problem with the Hilton brand before. Sad to say, this ruined my perspective of the brand. And to top it off, at the actual check in, the clerk yelled saying that she almost canceled my reservations because the pre payment was not successful that they attempted to run that morning. As I explained to her that my card stays locked, she said it didn't matter. Policy was Policy. So, no, not a good experience.

Everything was good except the fact that after using our towels and wash cloths I gave them to the housekeeping staff and when I asked for more they acted like they could not bring anymore. So I had to go buy my own towels and wash cloths. Other than that everything was fine for the most part.

Hotel is fairly new so clean and fresh smelling. Only con is it's next to the main road so you hear all the road traffic noise throughout the night. Needless to say i didn't sleep well. Hotel was booked solid so couldn't change rooms. Overall facility is nice. Staff stayed busy so wasn't always at the front desk to assist with issues thus delayed check in.

The staff was friendly, kind & professional. The hotel was clean and spacious & the pool was the best I've seen in a long time. My only agitation was how thin the walls are. Above me, beside me & under me... an entire herd of elephants. I could hear kids voices as they jumped on beds and acted like the choldren they were. However, Children don't weigh 5 tons but thats exactly what the thinderous sounds from their tiny cushioned feet sound like from next door. My suggestion is bring Zquill and earplugs. On the bright side, kids quiet down and after 10pm - 11pm things were tranquil... untill bout 6am when those little noise making bundles of joy wake up. Still, better than the party crowd that are up till dawn.

I only stayed for one night and my stay was ok. There were a lot of big groups of people staying and the people above us were loud and it sounded like they were banging on things at 11:45pm at night. There was a desk in the room that was broken and the body wash and conditioner was not filled up so I used my own. Also, the linen looked worn. The room was a nice size though.

Terrible customer experience. Lady at front desk rude and condescending. We are a family of 4 with 2 and 4 yr old, room was large enough for us. Find somewhere with a better staff. Felt like they were doing us a favor letting us stay here.

This property is very clean and tidy. It smelled nicely throughout the property and our room. No smell of weed rank. The staff was friendly. Easy check in and out. We only got to stay one night because of weather unfortunately. We were promptly refunded the money for nights we didn't stay. I would've loved to stay longer. I would definitely come back for a longer stay. The only thing I didn't like is a ten dollar fee per night for parking. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We stayed a week there and really liked it. The breakfast was so so, but superior to most free breakfasts offered elsewhere. The only problem was the unexpected 10 dollar a day parking fee that was tacked on.

Rooms were very clean , I mean very , Hotel grounds were lush and manicured , staff was courteous and very friendly and really whole experience was top notch .

room with double beds and got a king bed and a couch.
We made due with it. Could have got new wash clothes
and towels earlier without having to ask for them.

Group of baseball little boy players rented half of the hotel. Was loud for three nights . Kids running g down the halls banging all night on my ceiling no security no one would tell the pre t to watch their kids and stay in their rooms. Was miserable . For the price not worth it. I will not stay there again or any hotel that doesn’t have security

Did not like that I had to pay $10 for parking in the hotels parking lot. I am a paid guest at the hotel so where else would I park my vehicle…on the street?

This is my second time staying at Home2Suites PCB. First time was for work and this time was with my husband and son for a football tournament. Absolutely love staying at this location! It’s clean, nice, affordable and love the staff. Maribeth and Angela have been super helpful each time. Highly recommend!

This hotel was wonderful. It was clean, very nice, loved it had a bigger fridge than most I have been in. Customer service was not so good. They ran my card before I could even get to the property. I selected to pay at the property and that’s what I intended to do. Can’t check in until 3pm but I got a phone call at 11:57 that said they would cancel my reservation if I didn’t pay before 12. Then once we got to the hotel then ask for another deposit. We did nothing but sleep and they kept $10 of my deposit with no response to why. This is very sketchy to me. They guy Charles at the counter is not friendly at all.
