It was great except they ran us for 100$ more on the credit card for incidentals then they said they would. Then they kept it. When we called and asked why they said because Expedia didn’t pay them. We used hotels.com so it was really weird. Still waiting for our money back.

The rooms are mini apartments, all eco-friendly with a small kitchen stacked with dishes, pots and what you need to cook your own meals. The free breakfast each morning includes a live chef freshly cooking your hot breakfast. In addition there are several other breakfast choices in various stations around the room. And they had almond butter and nutella as 2 of the spread choices...never seen that!! The bed was lucious and there 2 TVs (one in LR and one in BR. Now the bad news - the front desk staff, are a little less than sharp in the customer service, knowing how to properly navigate their jobs. My room was fully paid for and when I arrived, for no reason, took another $150 out of my account. They couldn't explain why - not even the manager on duty. I was budgeted this trim and had put that money aside to pay for uber rides, but suddenly it was swiped away, without authorization from me. There is no record that they took it and that I would get it back, so I filed a dispute with my bank who will refund the money if the hotel doesn't release it back. If it weren't for the incompetency at the front desk, my rating would be 5 stars...Watch your credit card and funds deducted with these folks!

Awesome service was amazing.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The shower pressure, unfortunately, was very low. I did address this with the front desk and the gentleman seemed a bit off put. I offered to show him a video of it, which he declined and said it wasn’t necessary. However, he is have maintenance come up and work on it, but afterwards it was still less than ideal. Despite this hiccup, the hotel was excellent and worked out very well for our needs.

We stayed here after a concert at Knuckleheads. The property looks new, staff is friendly and professional. The decor is fresh. Our bed was comfortable and we slept well. Easy and free parking, quick drive to our activity. Two things we didn’t like: sound from neighboring rooms is not muffled, there were lots of families visiting and those young children wake up easy and are LOUD. Lobby area had a very intense air freshener. I get migraines from some fragrances, and this was one of those. The smell is pleasant, but just too intense.

We love this hotel! We’ve stayed here twice now and the staff is always very helpful and nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We bring our dogs and they give us treat bags for them. The complimentary made to order breakfast and evening happy hour are great too. We will definitely stay here again!

Walls are paper thin. 3 men in room next to ours woke us up talking and laughing, sounded like they were in our room at 2 a.m. someone above us sounded like they threw a chair on the floor at 3 a.m woke up to what sounded like gunshots at 3:30 a.m. daughters room AC didnt work. Finally moved her to different room at midnight and would not give discount for inconvenience. Also pool was not in service. Would not stay again.

I was very pleased with this hotel. I would definitely stay again hands down. It was so fresh and clean, the help was amazing. The breakfast was very good. We were very happy
