The hotel itself was very good. Room was just as depicted and had plenty of space. Location was great and outside, general areas, and room was very clean. It was in a safe area and just down the street from family we were visiting.

Interesting hotel, very close to Dulles airport.
They have a restaurant inside, which brings some easy options.
They also have shuttle to the airport (did not use it but talked with people using it and they were satisfied).
Parking is large and easy to use.

Clean and comfortable updated hotel. Suite was spacious. Complimentary breakfast served the purpose. Great customer service, especially from Ladan at the front desk. Nothing to do in the area as it’s in a quiet business district. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was great! The only downside was the breakfast. Maybe it was just an off day but nothing was really fully cooked. Stayed way clear of the sausage patties and pork. Eggs were scarce.

The room was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and only wish it was for more than one night. The breakfast was OK. The bread items could habe been stocked better, but they may have run out since it was a holiday weekend. The overnight oats were a unique choice and quite delicious.

House keeping should dust more and make sure the strip the bed completely comforters where stained and none was left out for the night staff to replace my linen

What a wonderful place! It started with the very friendly front desk staff and continued to the very nice clean room we were assigned. Bed was comfortable, living area and kitchen very nice too. We really liked the well lit bathroom vanity and good flow from the shower with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was excellent as well with something for everybody. This place is a real gem and we’ll be back if we ever stay on the Herndon-Reston area.

This was by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Everything was impressive: breakfast, room, bed, everything, especially for the cost. Thank you. The only negatives, and very minor, would be a slight musty smell from the AC unit in my room (like it had not been run in a while) and the hot water took a while to get to the sink and shower. I was in the room farthest from everything else (room 128). But again. I had an absolutely fantastic stay. If I am in DC again, I will look at this hotel.

This was the most comfortable and accommodating room of our seven-hotels-in-nine-days trip. The pull-out sofa was comfortable, the rooms we were in had kitchens and plenty of space to relax. We felt pampered!

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Room was nice and quiet. The hotel is in a business park so for some that might be an issue if you are looking for restaurants or shops within walking distance. I used the in room kitchen so it wasn’t an issue for me. I was attending a concert at Wolf Trap which is about 15 minutes away so it was perfect for me.

I spoke with Elaina prior to my arrival and she was very professional and pleasant, and made sure everything went smoothly for me during my stay -- Elaina went beyond to accommodate my request for an even earlier arrival than anticipated!! Nice quiet room and comfortable bed made for a restful night, great breakfast buffet, overall an excellent stay !!

It was a new hotel so gps left me in a maze of parking lots, it was late night, service desk kept hanging up on me and said couldn’t hear me, I could hear them perfectly. Finally I stopped them from hanging up by saying all my other calls are working fine. They did guide me through maze. Lot wasn’t very full. The attendant then put me all the way at the end of a hall, past a few kids that worked there hanging out, sitting on floor , guess they also stay there? To end of hall where he put me next to janitorial supplies that started banging at 6 am. The place was very nice, but service was ridiculous. The lady at front desk pretended she didn’t understand my English when I asked where coffee was in morning? And they need a sign at the entrances, so you know which road it’s on.

It says laundry machines available on site. This is sort of a me problem but I wanted to use the machine and I only brought an apple pay credit card and the machines take quarters only. Go use the ATM. I can't. So I asked the front desk if they could bill $4 dollars in quarters to my room. NOPE. I have stayed at Motels with free laundry machines...they may have been rusty steel drums but they at least were free!
