Had I known that the pet fee was $175.00 I would’ve booked somewhere else. I also have 2 charges on my card one from hotels.com and one from the hotel. My one night stay was $500.00! This is not acceptable.

This location was perfect! 20 mins to the beach, and plenty of shopping and dining down the street. The room itself was also perfect for 5 people. Full kitchen and large living space with ample seating near the 2 queen beds. Small pool and mediocre breakfast, but still a wonderful stay.

Overall it was excellent stay. A couple of minor issues. The facial tissues only had a couple of tissues in the box and had to call the desk for refill. There was also a ticking sound coming from the bath vent. was less noticeable when the bathroom door was shut.

Our family had a good time around Niceville and Destin Florida. We enjoyed the TownPkace Hotel with the pool and a very good services here.
At TownPlace, you will feel like you’re home because it had the kitchen for cooking, the gym room, a good breakfast in the morning for the family, even though your dog will have enjoyable too. Thank you for your services in the hotel.

Check-In was quick. The studio bedroom looked very clean and sleek. The bed was comfy and I could access Netflix. Would stay here again.

We were only there for one night to be close to the airport. Hotel was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Wish we could have had the breakfast, but had to leave too early. Only thing I would change is lobby music was too loud, keep it in the background.

This property is not your typical Marriott extended stay. The rooms are modern, well equipped and the property had a beautiful back patio area with a pool. Loved our stay.

We enjoyed this stay. Professional friendly staff. The property was clean & so was the suite. Seemed pretty quiet. We used the outdoor grill by the pool a couple times which was nice. The breakfast was decent with a lot of options. We would stay in this hotel again for sure!

Worst experience my 29 years of business travel. Waiting over 3 hours for my room which was not the room I book. They told me if I didn’t like it I could leave! I spend of 250 days a year in hotels and this is the worst experience in my last 20 years!! I watch several people with booking ga turned away because they didn’t have a room. Incredible!!
