We just stayed overnight. Everything was great except the matress. I shared the bed with my wife and my side of the bed felt sloped toward the floor. Not sure why bed thid seems to happen at more than half the hotels I stay at. Had I had the bed to myself and could sleep toward the middle I probably wouldn't have noticed it. As it was, I kind of felt like I was falling of the bed all night.

Hotel was new, rooms nice size, clean and perfect for a quick night stay on our way home from Texas. Breakfast had a nice selection. The only weakness, it was a beautiful night and no outdoor seating. A bench or few chairs would be a great addition!

Tru by Hilton has become our new favorite hotel chain. This location didn't disappoint. Everything was clean and comfortable and breakfast was great!

We found this location a few years ago. Now, we stay at this location every time we travel through the Nashville area (5-7 times per year). It is always so clean, comfortable and the staff is so nice. We use the gym and enjoy the breakfast. The area is a bonus. There are lots of shops, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby.

You could hear dogs barking while you were trying to sleep. Staff didn’t care. I wasn’t the only patron who had this problem. The ‘one’ microwave in the common area was always dirty.
Side note— out of hazelnut creamer all 3 days we were there.

In our room there was hair in the tub, under the mirror and shelf in bathroom was not cleaned splatter/sprayed residue on the wall and shelf, smudging of dirty spots with possibly clearing spray dots next to it on wall pop hot hangers, between the beds/behind the night stand there was food splatter from what looked like a tomato seeds and all and walking into the room it smelled and the pillows smelled dirty as well. Plus the small red light on the switch on the tall corner lamp was annoying to sleep.

The hotel is very nice, very updated. Staff is super friendly. Javier was great. I called down to see if they had an item I needed and he had it waiting for me when I came down. The room was very nice, clean. Bathroom is awesome. Great shower and the soaps provided are fantastic. The morning breakfast could be a little better. Not many options, but still good. Coffee was great and I love it when there are a variety of creamers and sweeteners. 2 thumbs up!

Nice new hotel, it is a try which is a minimal hotel so it's fairly bare bones, which is fine but very little room for luggage in the room.

Room was very nice. Shampoo and body wash were great! Staff was very helpful and friendly. This is a nice place to stay and close to everything. The only thing which actually isn't much, is the tv listing of stations on the hotel app isn't what you can actually get on the tv. So if that was the only thing, our stay was great.

Last minute need for hotel for business trip. Very satisfied with the location and amenities. Breakfast was delicious, complimentary soap and shampoo were incredible. Lots of kids were here for some sports event (based on baseball outfits they were wearing) but the room was quiet - didn't even realize there were groups of teenagers staying.

Unfortunately, there was a youth softball group who ran and yelled through the halls and stairs until 11pm, when we finally had to call the front desk. They immediately quieted the group, by telling them they would be removed from the property. However, at that point we were unable to go back to sleep.
