Nice location and good prices

We’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the years. It’s definitely gone downhill. The room needed lots of repairs—the cabinet floor under the refrigerator was rotted and items would fall out when the door was opened because the fridge was falling through the cabinet. They were out of breakfast brown bags each morning we were there. Convenient location.

Location in a main street for easy access was great. The staff carefully asked questions to make sure I understood detail of their establishment. The linens were very nice. The bathroom cleans. Because of renovations there was some dust and the rooms were musty until we turned on the AC. It was 90° out.

Great staff and nice facilities, just needs a little upgrading.

Very thankful that there’s someone in the front desk to check us in at 3am. Our 12 hr drive ended up to 24hr. Front desk told us that we can check out 12noon. Spacious big rooms Clean beddings. Thank you for a lovely stay

So dirty each room smelled like pee !!

Decent place to crash, the room was clean and beds were fine. Outside of property was dirty and could use some TLC. Rather strange breakfast arrangement where the food is rationed and handed out from a back room.

They are in the process of upgrading the property and it is looking very good. Our air conditioner wasn't working properly and theywere able to swap it out for a quieter one. Breakfasts were take and go and a good variety of options were offered. Will definitely stay here again.

This was definitely not what i expected. We couldnt get into our room because it was deadbolted from the inside. There was a weird smell in the room. The pool was empty. The free breakfast had to be ordered before hand and you have a choice of 4 items. I could go on but i won't....

This place looks worn and is dated, but it actually was a decent place for us to stay. The room was much bigger than expected with a couch in which there was plenty of walking space between it and the bed. The room came with a refrigerator and microwave. My 23-year old nephew got a kick out of the phone/AM-FM radio, which he had never experienced first hand -- it's his era's reactions to these throwback items to the 70s/80s that make a person feel old. The hot tub and pool are out of commission, but the staff members are very pleasant. I want to do a call out to the 2 morning receptionist personnel who helped me find the owner of a lost dog that was wandering in the hotel's parking lot. Also highly recommend the Mexican restaurant that shares the same parking lot as the motel.

The room was hot. There was only portable air conditioner and it cooled the room down at night but not during the day. The bathroom was always hot. Bugs came out of the whirlpool tub when we turned it on. They have good coffee in the office. The place was nice and quiet and close to lots of businesses.

This place is not clean… the door to our room was open when we got to it. There was cereal and hair all over the floor. The name of the place is deceiving.

Everyone on the staff was so friendly and helpful. And the rate was a very good value.

Avoid this place! At Check-In, asked for a close unit to park next to door to unload a lot of things. Was given the fathest building away and a backside unit which had to walk all the way around. Homeless people hanging around the building, broken down cars parked in front of the building. Very unsafe place. Next, bathroom had no door. Not surprised. Bathtub was full of hair and hot water lasted maybe 5 minutes

Last min booking only because nothing else was available - Because it was 4th of July the cost was exceptionally high - big rooms but the AC was not effective at all - Old and dirty carpet - Everything in the room was of dinosaur era - wont recommend unless this is your last resort

The one gentleman that checked my family and I in was very friendly and polite, however whomever, I guess to be management were very rude and obscene. I felt humiliated as I was there for the 4th of July visiting with my Aunt for the first time in years and when we decided to stay again un planned we were told one price then online we paid another. Luckily we didn't lose our money. They didn't come give us any clean towels or check on us to ensure our stay was up to satisfactory. They profiled us and treated us as criminals. I am here in this town for college and my girlfriend is pregnant with our first child and sick all the time. We needed a more comfortable place to stay even though we are loca my aunt and cousin wouldn't be able to fit in our apartment. They checked us out and after cleaning the room for the staff complained that it was a mess which was a lie. Aside from that the place for dogs is trashed and unsafe for your pups. It's definitely muddy sewage and dangerous for their health. I will be sure our friends and family on the Western Slope will know of how unprofessional judging and treating people differently I'm surprised my wife didn't lose it. Point being, DONT STAY HERE.

Clean and comfortable and affordable.

It was pleasant surprises for almost everything. The room was huge. The staff was 7/24 on duty, which was good for us to checking in late (after 9 pm). Everything was very clean. The location is good, on our way to Black Canyon National Park. The most surprising thing is that they offer on-the go breakfast, which was not listed in the amenities list. Better, the breakfast gives choices. We chose hot egg, sausage, biscuit, and yogurt. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

I never got to check in because they wanted my card and I didn't have it on me it's on my account and in the mail so they charged me still but would not let me stay

Our room was locked from the INSIDE! Creepy! Horror film style. Who doesn't check rooms for cleaning and being locked.
