We have stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Very nice hotel, close to shopping areas, clean room and friendly staff. The hotel has free afternoon & night drink and snacks - very thoughtful. We will definitely stay at the Hotel Intergate Osaka Umeda next time visiting Osaka.

It is a good place to stay at Osaka. It’s near the exit 647, convenient to JR and Metro. The room is spacious and clean. Will come back again in future

A good hotel, 10 mins walk to Umeda station. Clean and comfortable. A small hotspring on the top floor.

My kids and I stayed in one room. The space was big enough to accommodate us and our things tightly, but it was adequate. Property was nice. Would stay again.

Check in was very efficient though it’s full of tourists right at 3 pm. Staff speak good English. Polite. Room was very comfy with modern n chic decor. I like the traditional retro cartoon on wall of room. Lovely. Bed was very comfortable. Many amenities were provided even got charging cable 👍 Hotel’s lounge provides drinks all day n even night snacks. Didn’t use public bath. Can’t comment. Location is good. I went to Breeze tower nearby n took escalator to B1/F which led to underground walkway to JR n metro. About 7 min walk

Hotel Intergate Osaka Umeda is the best hotel I have ever stayed. Not only was the room very clean and well designed but the hotel staff were all very professional, helpful and warm. The reception was always sufficiently staffed, and hotel staff were always there to offer assistance readily. I had an accident and hurt my chin outside the hotel on 17 June 2024. I went back to the hotel immediately and, the minute I arrived at the lobby, hotel staff rushed to me to give assistance. They helped to stop blood running from my wound, they called the ambulance for me and, while waiting for the ambulance, they kept comforting me. They were really like angels to me at the time. After I return to HK, I would officially write to hotel management to thank Ms T Oura and Mr K Harikae, the two hotel staff who helped me at the time. Meanwhile, let me highly recommend Hotel Intergate Osaka Umeda to any visitor who visit Osaka.

As experienced during my last stay at Hotel Intergate Osaka Umeda a few days ago, this hotel is an amazingly good hotel that always makes you feel welcome because of its very friendly and warm staff. They were always there to respond to your needs efficiently. They always greeted you with a warm smile. Would surely stay at this hotel again when I next visit Osaka.

There are lots of facilities in the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay at Osaka Integate. Great breakfast choices with unique dishes. The bed was very comfortable. Design of room shows attention to details eg dim lighting, phone charging cables and pyjamas. It's very convenient to sel check out and store suitcases whilst we explored the local shops. The staff was very helpful and polite. We like the location of Intergate Hotel because it is near Osaka train station and local shopping malls. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family

Very clean and tidy hotel, staff very friendly and happy to assist. They offered coffee/snacks throughout the day which was a bonus. The breakfast was different to the standard buffett breakfast, however still nice to try.

It was good. Hotel was clean. Good access to Osaka Station. Next to an underground walk way that connect to all hotels and malls. Also Kix bus is 1 min walk away. Bed and pillow were on the harder side. So. If you like a firm matress and pillow. Gym has no weights, just cardio machines. Go to their public bath. I missed it. But, looked really nice.

Accomodation, hotel staff and breakfast excellent. Hotel close to train station. Highly recommended.
