We were in a family road trip, and reserve 2 rooms, one was handicap. When we arrive at the hotel they said that the handicap room was out of service and they don't have more handicap rooms. The receptionist was SUPER NICE, and help us thru the third party that we made the reservation, and after 1 hour in the phone, finally they accommodate us in an other hotel .

Lobby, hallways and the room was clean all the time… for me that it’s +plus+
The only upside down is you can hear the noises from the next door room, also when the housekeeper was doing their job… and they just offer black coffee, I think to bring this hotel to the next level they should offer cappuccino has well.
Overall this is just my personal preference, I will book again. Good please to stay !

Room was clean. Bed was comfy.
It was weird that our wheelchIr accesible room was on the 3rd floor, but the elevator was large enough to manuever my 32" chair in so it wasnt a big problem. All the doorways were just barely wide enough for my chair and the room itself was ok once we moved a shelf to widen the walkway. The shower wasnt roll in as I has been led to believe, but a bench was provided and there were enough handrails to make transfering pretty simple.
All in all one of the better "accesible" accomodations I have encountered, but still room for improvement.

This stay was just what we needed! Great price and only about 20 minutes from downtown activities. Breakfast included.

Everything looked clean. Staff was nice. Beds were comfortable. Appreciated the free coffee. Liked that I could cast my phone onto the TV and watch shows/movies through my apps. Dislikes: breakfast wasnt great. Not many options for me and especially not many for my 7 yr old. Disappointed that when i called to request more towels, i had to walk down to the front desk to pick them up. In most hotels, someone will bring them to the room. Lastly, the water pressure in the shower could have been better.

Its right next to a QT gas station and stays very busy! Lots of construction workers and gets pretty full. The breakfast is very basic, on the go sorta thing. Cereal,bagels etc..coffee creamer was oily so i didnt use it. The rooms are fine and have everything you need

My kids and I traveled to Austin from Houston. Due to power outage in Houston due to hurricane Beryl. Pulling into the parking lot I saw a lot of men hanging outside. One was even using the restroom behind a bush! Traveling with my children I did not want them to witness that.

Small but very clean. The breakfast is very good. We stayed there 3 days. The 1st night was a nightmare. A car was alarming from 4:10am-5:30am. Nobody stopped it. We did not sleep well. Kids had competition on the second day, very bad experience.

Exceeded our expectations for the rate. Our room and property in general was very clean and staff friendly and accommodating. Room was larger than expected. Hotel is very accessible. Would definitely consider staying again when visiting the area.

You hear everything in the rooms. From above, from the outside. The staff is very friendly but the hotel is noisy. For those who hear everything while sleeping, go somewhere else.

I walked in and staff were very friendly then as we walked in the room it smelled so fresh and clean bed was really soft and comfortable loved the restroom shower, I would fully recommend it to any one visiting the area.

The AC had not been turned on in our room before arrival so it was hot. We were quickly moved to a different room, though.
