Great location for what we wanted to do. Very clean feel to the hotel, and comfortable rooms. Definitely would stay here again

We were in a family road trip, and reserve 2 rooms, one was handicap. When we arrive at the hotel they said that the handicap room was out of service and they don't have more handicap rooms. The receptionist was SUPER NICE, and help us thru the third party that we made the reservation, and after 1 hour in the phone, finally they accommodate us in an other hotel .

My TV the as in spanish and nobody could help me turn it back to English. I believe it might have been a cable issue not related to the hotel, however. Appropriatenaccomodations were made by DT. Thank you!

Nice hotel

Lobby, hallways and the room was clean all the time… for me that it’s +plus+ The only upside down is you can hear the noises from the next door room, also when the housekeeper was doing their job… and they just offer black coffee, I think to bring this hotel to the next level they should offer cappuccino has well. Overall this is just my personal preference, I will book again. Good please to stay !

Room was clean. Bed was comfy. It was weird that our wheelchIr accesible room was on the 3rd floor, but the elevator was large enough to manuever my 32" chair in so it wasnt a big problem. All the doorways were just barely wide enough for my chair and the room itself was ok once we moved a shelf to widen the walkway. The shower wasnt roll in as I has been led to believe, but a bench was provided and there were enough handrails to make transfering pretty simple. All in all one of the better "accesible" accomodations I have encountered, but still room for improvement.
