We had beach access right outside our room.

Great location with beach front access. Two pools and hot tubs made it convenient as well as tennis courts. Room was clean and staff was very friendly.

It was at a really good location. Plenty of dining and attractions close by. Easy to get to and easy parking. Loved the short walk to the beach

Lovely property with great beach frontage. Rooms are spacious and are supplied with everything ones needs. Staff is very pleasant and cooperative. Property is well kept. I will definitely go back.

Steps to beach ! The unit is clean and well equipped with towels, toiletries, kitchen utensils.

Great experience for family time

It was clean and quiet place the check out at 10 am is kind of early because it’s hard for kids to wakes up packed up other than that it was great.

Had a nice time. They Could upgrade the Future an we couldn’t smoke on the balcony other than that it was ok!

This property was advertised by Expedia as having “two queen beds, one double bed and one pull out sofa bed.” It had two queens and a pull out sofa bed- the fourth bed did not exist. When I asked the front desk, they said no condos had that many beds. They offered no apologies or other options. Furthermore, the “balcony” offers the view of six garbage containers. Needless to say, we spent zero time on the balcony.

I was pleased with property and everyone was very friendly and nice.The only thing i was upset about was staying over laundry and room was so warm couldnt hardly sleep.

Cleanliness is much improved. No more musty order. They did not inform us on check-in that wifi is down til night time.

Everything was great,short distance beachfront,room was clean,bed not comfortable(for two people was horrible).Towels for pool was enough and clean

This place had a comfortable, homie feel to it.

We liked the fact that this was a smaller resort/hotel/condo complex. The beach front access was awesome and not crowded and the beach is just beautiful. The pool area is huge, the hot tub was closed when we were there but other than that the heated pool is huge. The room was clean and the ocean view from our room was awesome. Staff were super friendly.

It was quietly nestled in the middle of high rises...a hidden gem.

Great location friendly staff

We chose this property as it had its own beach. But this is a timeshare, not a resort. We were notified right after our reservation that there was work be done on this property and it may inconvenience us while we were there. Based on the info provided, we didn't think it would. While we were there, the work was being done on the units on either side of us and above us. They were replacing floors so it was loud from 9:00 - 6:00 each day. This work even caused a small water leak to come through our ceiling while we were out. First day we were there we also found a dead cockroach in the bathroom and killed 6 or 7 flies in the unit.While we enjoyed the beach and the location was ideal, probably wouldn't stay here again.

I love the location, the screened in porch, the gazebo. The pool is clean, and at 10pm, the noise stopped everywhere. But, the room smells like urine, the fixtures need updating. The tv is above the fridge, so you cannot watch from the bed. The key card malfunctioned on us and three other visitors while we were there, and the old guy at the front desk claimed it was us! There is also between one and two sales ladies in the lobby who are aggressive as hell about their timeshares. It was all we could do to check in. I guess for the insane amount i paid, i expected more- at least a breakfast. But, the fact that i walked off my porch and onto the beach in my pjs was pretty awesome.
