NICE SWIMMIN POOL, CLEAN, AND SAFE ENVIROMENT.

Lovely property - close to the pool and to Blue Mountain Village

I really liked the area, me and my friends had a great time. It was a very easy stay. It just got complicated with parking when there are so many people staying there sometimes parking would be lost if we go out and come back and there are no spots.

It was nice and the view is very nice

The unit is big and comfortable for 4 people. Also like the surroundings and walkable to Blue Mountain Village.

Everything about this property was fantastic! I received a text from the property management team two days before my arrival date to ensure that I had the information for check-in. The room was available 30 minutes before the original check-in time and the communication with the management team was super easy via text. The unit I stayed in was newly renovated and everything was super clean! Definitely looking forward to staying here again!

5 Minute walk to blue mountains.

My father and I came for his 80th birthday. The condo is clean and comfortable and in a terrific location. I would definitely stay here again.

We love it

It did what it needed to do for us. A few minor things, I had to wash the extra linens for the pull out as the comforter was on the floor in the closet and had visible food on it. The pillow cases smelled used as well. We just washed all the linens that evening just in case. Had there not been a washer and dryer, I probably would have said something. We did have a bit of an ant issue but being it was so rainy and being cottage country, it was not a huge deal. We messaged the property staff and they sent someone very quickly. There were a few other small things, nothing that couldn’t be remedied easily. All in all, it was fine. It worked for our family of 6 and a dog.

My family got two separate stays at the Rivergrass. Both units were clean and we were very pleased with the layout. We had laundry, a full kitchen and so much room for the kids to also have their own space. We would definitely go back and we highly recommend. Also, the communication was superfast! :)

Nicely managed property with good surrounding. Slightly dated furniture, but, functional. Overall, it’s a good experience

We stay here with our 2 boys and enjoyed very much the place is nice and clean very comfortable beds,closed to the village about 10min walk , property there reply very fast to our message and provide all information we need. Highly recommend!

It was clean and well equipped, only down fall was many outside steps to condo and concern if icy. Also if skiing no washer/dryer in unit

Perfect for groups and quick walk into village.

The unit was spacious and well stocked with everything we needed. It was a quiet place to stay yet a very short walk to the restaurants and shops. Communication from the property managers was excellent! Very nice outdoor hot tub too. Would definitely recommend.

Better pillows needed and more of them otherwise everything else was terrific. Place had everything you would need!

Given the cool time of year, it was wonderful to have a gas fireplace that we could turn on, along with a washer/dryer unit that we could utilize to dry our clothing in between rainy moments…staying warm & dry is always appreciated

Everything was good except the 'Valet' people woke me up with their texts at 7:00am

The property was lovely and well equipped for a thanksgiving weekend. I found the floors were gritty with dirt and there was a layer of dust on surfaces. On the last day I felt pushed out as I received multiple messages about my 11 am check out and found the cleaning crew had left their supplies outside the townhouse around 10am.

Although our unit was dated and worn, it was comfortable and perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 children.

Perfect for family. Wish to stay more days next time

Would have been better to dish out the extra $50 for the weekend and stay in a 2 bedroom suite within the village. Rivergrass isn’t far, but a car is pretty much a must and there’s a disconnect. Unit was in average shape, not maintained extremely wee. Kept feeling like I’m going to fall through the carpeted floors, the base wasn’t even and felt like pieces were missing and the owner forgot to tell us a critical part about checking in and we felt lost at 10pm at night in the dark begging neighbours for help. Finally owner responded with the accurate instructions and rather than apologizing, they kept saying none of our previous guests had this problem! Yeah right…we must be so special!

Beautiful facility. We would definitely stay again.
