Overall it was great. One issue was the clogged sink. Not so good.

Close to on/off ramps. Next to Hwy 80, so might be a little noisy if your room faces it. No fee for parking. The room was very comfortable. The only bad thing was it seems there weren't enough staff at times. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful.

Room was mostly good. Kitchenette dishes were questionable and we had to wash by hand just to be sure.
Breakfast service lady was quite grumpy for some reason. I said good morning and no response. All throughout the food area were passive aggressive signs. Maybe someone offended her?

The hotel is pretty new but it seems that it’s not well cared for, our room was not clean properly, stains in bed cover I mean blood and idk what other body fluid stains, hair a lot of hair in the shower floor, loud it’s right by the freeway and we could hear the noise all night it was just not a good stay.

Came for a soccer tournament with our boys. Location is perfect and the hotel was very clean and exactly what we needed! Hotel staff was exceptional!!

The room was very nice -- clean, comfortable and spacious. It really felt like an apartment. Kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. Only downside: fold-out sofa bed was not the most comfortable (but they never are).Very friendly and helpful front desk staff, who were responsive with requests. Altogether, a pleasant week-long stay--we will definitely stay here again. Nice pool, too!

Stayed one night on way through town. Best part was ‘Hana’ front desk host, super friendly and helpful. Parking is tight—a lot of compact spots, less regular. Overall, good stay.

Had to change rooms after checking in. 1st room not cleaned, broken blinds & no shower curtain. 2nd room better.

There’s a label in the TV remote for streaming, but never got it to work. Channel selection is wanting.
The automatic blinds are inconsistent and not labeled. Sometimes both went at the same time, sometimes not at all. Also, room darkening had gaps so as not to be room darkening.
In the name of water inefficiency, it took way too long to get hot water.
Ray was great upon check-in.
AC works well.

The room was clean and the appliances worked perfectly. The food served during breakfast was nice too and the staff are always friendly.
One feedback is I think it's best to waive the parking fee of guests who are booked to stay.

They charge for parking $10.00 every day. I find this ridiculous when other hotels do not.

The hotel forgot to clean my room. They were really rude with my transition to the other room. I have a funeral I am here for and they want me to calm them every time I need to get into that room to transfer my stuff. I am here with my elderly parents and this was very much not helpful to my transition and my circumstances here. If I would return this hotel room. I would.

I've stayed here before and found it pleasant. Not this time. No staff to clean except for a few who couldn't speak English. I had to go to the front desk and ask for a roll of toilet paper! Housekeeper couldn't even take care of that. You have to ask for cleaning 24 hours in advance. Our toilet clogged and despite asking for assistance, no one came. Thankfully it resolved itself. When I complained, the front desk offered to let us change rooms. I told him no, and if it overflowed, well that would be on them. Front desk hung up on me. Breakfast was blah. Won't be staying here again. I wish i had gotten the names of the few staff who were helpful because there were a few. Glad we're leaving tomorrow.

The staff was really nice. Asked them if i could check in early and they were very accommodating. There was aheat wave in town but when I came into the room it was so refreshing, it was cool and clean. Would definitely be staying at this hotel again.

I want to give this a 5. It was clean, new, super super comfortable beds - but I didn’t sleep a wink! The location is terrible if you are sensitive to noise. It’s like sleeping in the median of I-80. Ear plugs and a super loud noise machine did nothing.
If you’re not sensitive to sound - this is fabulous! If you need quiet to sleep - I would not recommend.

The hotel is one of the best for that area. Staff were gracious and polite. Unfortunately my pillows were not cleaned and smelled of horrific body order. The front desk accommodated me with another room however those pillows were just as soiled.Not a good experience

Got in late and left early, but the room was clean and roomy. We did not have the breakfast. Our room was facing a highway and it was quite loud. The staff was really friendly.

No one told me that I had to pay for parking when I booked in when I checked out they charged me for it I paid for the stay on that lot shouldn't have to pay for parking
