Came into town for Ravens game. Had a great stay at this hotel. The room was big, clean and had a very comfortable bed. The AC was on point. Breakfast every morning was fun. Great location with lots of places to eat and have fun. The front desk staff was always friendly and eager to help. Would definitely stsy here again.

It was great. We’ve stayed here twice now and they’ve been very nice and helpful!

The staff at check in was so pleasant and helpful. We found the room to be very comfortable. Breakfast hours were short, but our fault for not paying attention. Our biggest negative was a verbal fight between front desk staff in the morning that was pretty nasty and unpleasant to witness.

We enjoyed our stay! We did a quick trip to Six Flags and really happy with our choice! We had a 2 queen bed room. The AC was phenomenal and kept up the entire stay. The beds were very comfortable although the pillows were very small(think small throw pillow size). The bathroom was convenient and loved the fact the toilet had a lid! I would have loved to have 4 towels in the room instead of 3 but nothing a quick trip to the front desk couldn't fix. The shower was unexpectedly slippery with okay water pressure but provided hot water when needed! The breakfast are was very small but sustainable. They offered cereal, yogurt, small pastries, waffles, and egg and meat protein. We have sausage links and ham slices the mornings we were there. The proteins were very overcooked and almost unedible. We opted for waffles both mornings. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely keep this hotel on our rotation.

Great prices while not compromising comfort, cleanliness, safety or quality staff!! Wonderful staff, clean & comfortable rooms, nice pool - what more could you ask for!!

Upon arrival there had been a line at 11:45pm on a Friday night to check in. We had waited almost 35-40 minutes in this line behind 3 people. I’m not sure if there had been issues with the computer or what. But when it was the people in front of us turn to check in, the lady had stopped to answer a call for a reservation. It took us maybe 5 minutes to get checked in so I’m unsure of the wait. We had got to our room and couldn’t get the AC to turn on. Called the front desk, was told to unplug the unit from the wall and plug it back in. It turned on maybe 10 minutes later for 5 minutes MAX. Throughout the stay it would come on and go off. The screen said LC. And we were hot and cold, taking blankets off and putting it back on with no assistance or repairs attempted to be made. That was the only major issue we had occur during the stay.

This wasn't my first time staying here but this last time 5 day stay on vacation my smart watch came up missing and this hotel hasn't been communicating anything with me about it Im very disappointed .

Everything was fine

I want to give it more stars but I tried to check in earlier but told I had until 2:30 the earliest to check in. So I left, sightseeing then came back at 3:30 only to find a lady yelling at the poor worker. I felt so bad. System was down and they couldn’t give me my keys so he went ahead and put us in the room. Later when we got back ask the lady to go with us to open the door as the system was still down. Let’s just say she was so upset and let her frustrations on us. She was like I keep going up and down why can’t you all just stay in the room. Next day finally working but now front desk lady tells me I was in the wrong room and told me I had to move. I told her I’m not moving as we unpacked everything. She was so upset gave attitude so we had to packed up as she threatened to call police if we didn’t moved. Checked out the guy from the first nice told him what happened and apologize saying we didn’t have to move. That she could have just changed the room number. He said no one is assigned room. I should be allow a discount with what I had to deal with. Very disappointed

Room was clean. We didn’t hear any noise coming from the hall. The location was right off the highway and just a quick drive to eat or shop. Quick Uber ride to the AT&T center. This will be our go to hotel if we are in the area. We have 0 complains.

I took a last minute trip with my daughters to go to Six Flags in Arlington. This hotel was perfect for us. Check in was very easy and every employee that I talked to was very friendly and smiled. The bed was very comfortable and big! We loved the indoor pool!

Will be back! Our stay was wonderful! Despite their system briefly being down due to the Microsoft outage at check In, the staff was very friendly and escorted each guest to their room to ensure access until we had keys. The GM went above and beyond!

Phenomenal place to stay! Very clean, and friendly, welcoming staff. Entertainment, and food places nearby, but also a nice little shop with premium snacks and meals if you dont feel like leaving. We look forward to this being our prime location anytime we are in the Arlington area!

I love this hotel. It's my go to to stay in Arlington. Especially for the Cowboys and the Rangers. Easy check in and I'm able to go away from.the stadium traffic back to the hotel afterwards. Fortunately Ive never had any issue.
