Everyone was very nice and helpful and the facility was wonderful!

Check in was quick and easy. I had questions about a local event the Hampton was supporting and the desk clerk made me a paper copy of the shuttle bus schedule, precluding our having to drive around a new community in the dark later that evening. Much appreciated.

Our view from our room is awful, but the room and everything else is great.

This property has gone down hill. Homeless people staying there, garbage cans outside overflowing everyday, a broken down RV taking up 4 parking spots and the manager and staff don’t care. The manager is the biggest issue, letting things slide, like they don’t matter. Save your dollars, there are nicer, safer hotels closer to the ocean. Too bad Hilton doesn’t check in on how these are run.

Super easy stay! Our initial check in staff was lovely! They were also super accommodating to our early flight with setting us up with breakfast beforehand and a ride to the airport! Would stay here again!

We stayed one night at the Hampton Inn Bellingham Airport. We found it clean, welcoming, and well run. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the pool/hot tub and the morning breakfast. It was perfect for our needs.

I need to preface this by saying this first: this was my fifth stay here and the previous four stays were all great. Quick check-in, efficient and friendly service, and clean rooms. Unfortunately this time, it was anything but. Check-in was still efficient and friendly… it went downhill from there though. There was only one working elevator resulting in lengthy delays (this is the second time while we’ve stayed here that this has happened). Our room smelled terrible - I don’t know what was going on but it was just awful. Our shower didn’t work. Like at all. Which we didn’t realize until the morning. This is not the hotels fault but the people in the suite above us were incredibly loud late into the night. We should have let the front desk know but couldn’t be bothered as we just stayed the one night and didn’t spend much time in our room anyways. Will I be back? I’ll try again, yes, but if it’s the same as this past time, that’ll be it for me.

Clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable and my daughter got a good night of sleep before her soccer games.

My children really enjoyed the pool. I think the staff are excellent and always appreciate a well maintained set of rooms. Fabulous!

They went thru my personal belongings, accuses me of smoking in the room, waited until i wasnt there and searched my belongings

Hotel was very good. The view outside our window was of a yard full of junk. We didn’t care for that. We would have preferred to be put in a room across the hall.

Fantastic services. Recently had a birthday party for our daughter and her friends. The location made getting pizza, a movie and cake easy. The hospitality met every need that came up. Easy check in and out. The grounds were clean and safe. Will be recommending for family visiting this winter.

I am needing to speak to a manager as soon as possible my stay started out absolutely horrible and unsafe!
