I had stayed in this property previously in 2023 and was very pleased. Hence I booked a return stay. I booked 4 nights on a return trip Based on the second experience, I won’t be back.
There was no one glaring problem. It was more of death by 1000 cuts. The front desk staff was cordial enough, but I was shocked by how unkempt and unprofessional they and the desk area was. Twice I walked up on someone who was dozing at the desk. Someone else looked like they hadn’t showered in a week. I was on the second floor and the area in front of the elevators and the rug down the hall was stained in dozens of places.
The room itself was just plain annoying. I had to turn the refrigerator down to an unusable warm temperature because it buzzed and rattled so loudly. The smoke detector emitted tiny strobe lights all night long. The bathroom door is not soundproof. There was no water pressure … it was fixed once I brought it to front desk attention. Why hadn’t housekeeping done that? The grout under the sink was filthy. I’ve never been in a less soundproof hotel room. I could hear the people above me walking and the conversation in the room next-door.
I know the trend now is only provide room service every other day and I’m OK with that. However, that meant we only had one cleaning in four days. I had to ask for toilet paper and towels. The sheets were never changed. Cups were rinsed and put back on the counter wet.
For $250 a night it was simply unacceptable all the way around.

Was A pretty Good Stay. Front Desk Was Amazing. Breakfast Potatoes Could Use Some Work Other Then That The Breakfast Was Delicious. The Beds Are Impeccable. One Thing I Would Improve Is The Pillows. If Your Coming Here Maybe Bring Your Own Pillows Unless you Like Bulky Big Pillows That You Sink Into. Shower Is Nice And Hot And The Room Was Super Clean 4/5 Stars Just Because Of The Pillows🙏

The ambience, people, amenities were excellent. Disappointment was I couldn’t earn points, as I did not book directly with the hotel, but through hotels.com. Please fit this issue. It unreal and unjust. I stayed for 8days.

This property is clean and was convenient for getting to Ohio Stadium. We walked the river trail which is right next to the hotel and it was very easy. The hotel itself is nice. The rooms are updated and comfortable. The pool is pretty small if that’s something you’re interested in, and we did find the front desk empty many times when we needed assistance. Breakfast was large and plentiful. Overall a good hotel. Would stay again.

Excellent staff & very clean stayed at several hotels near this hotel, but will make this our go to. We are patients at The James Cancer Ctr and staying in a clean space is imperative due to a compromised immune system.

I recently stayed at this hotel for two days and found that I was incorrectly charged for parking and bar fees.
First, regarding the parking fee: When I booked through Expedia, it was clearly stated that parking was free. However, after I saw my bill and asked the hotel, the hotel informed me that there was a fee of $4 per day. Despite this, I saw my bill that I was charged $30 for two days.
Second, regarding the bar fee: I noticed that I was overcharged for the bar services.
Given these discrepancies, I strongly recommend that you carefully review your bill during and after your stay to avoid any unexpected charges.

Amazing place. One of the most complete gyms I have seen in a long time. Staff are super friendly and the happy hour is chill and good beer is available. Breakfast is top notch!

Room was much bigger than expected. Loved the pool and the walking trail nearby. Breakfast was fantastic. Was an overall wonderful experience.

Waited 20 minutes before check-in even acknowledged me. They were chit chatting in the side office. Never ever came out to check. There was a gentleman in line before is and said he'd been waiting ocer 25 minutes and no one ever came out to help him either. Finally my boyfriend stepped into the office to tell them we needed assistance.
We liked the location it was close to the concert venue. Room were nice only issue was the carpets in and outside the rooms were filthy. Overall experience not worth the money. Overpriced in my opinion

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Unit was not as clean. A few trash was left on side of mini fridge. Glasses still had lipstick stain on it. Sliding door in the bathroom was stuck.
