Great staff that helped me locate the right medical center to treat a foot injury that I sustained. Another staff member proactively ensured I could extend my stay due to a flight cancellation.

Good stay

Room was comfortable and clean. However, there were no amenities, not even a shower cap in the bathroom. Front desk staff quality was mixed. Some were friendly, helpful, and seemed to care about us as customers, while others were rude and not helpful at all. The covered walkway to the shopping area across the street was very convenient

Pool was excellent

This is a beautiful property, but located near some non desirable places. The service was very good and the people very nice. The hotel rooms were not as nice as I thought they would be, but my biggest complaint is the lack of menu options for food. I ended up stuffed in the hotel for a week as I got sick. I was VERY tired of the room service menu.

It has a giant pool

Location and amenities are all great! Shopping mall within a short walk across a safe breezeway.

Great one night stay prior to flying out of Papeete. We were upgraded to a spectacularly nice one bedroom corner suite with windows and balconies on all sides. Room facilities were great. The multiple restaurant choices were nice and food from the pool bar was good. Yes like many reviews the pool bar service was slow (or, you have to be aggressive) but i felt it was fair - it’s a busy pool bar and a very busy hotel). The service was otherwise great. Great pool, lack of beach is a bummer but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Ultimately recommend for a stop-off on a larger trip - wouldn’t do a lengthy trip solely here based on the location and lack of beach (not hotels fault)

Great remodeled property with good restaurants and a covered walkway over to the mall shopping center next door.

Everyone at the propertty was kind curteous and friendly. There's a shopping mall connected to the hotel which is very convenient and getting a taxi isneasy of needed. The food at the restaurants is good and the pool has mulitple relaxing spaces.

Had to stay overnight as we missed our ferry to Morea. Hotel was just OK for one night

Great stay, good location with mall next door. Parking is limited, but fine. Great food at this place, we went back for the food even after checking out. Overall a great stay, and the pool is amazing.

Great hotel with resort like feel in the middle of the city. Staff are very friendly. Connected to a shopping mall. Near the ferry. Close to other restaurants and stores.

Staying at this resort was a very good choice: the property looks brand new and modern, and is very well maintained and clean in all areas. We had a nice, comfortable and spacious room with a terrace (we booked the « majestic » room category) facing the pool and with views on the ocean. Just be aware that there is no beach access, as in many other areas of the island… hopefully there is a huge and clean pool (though the water was a bit cold to me) with many nice long chairs. The restaurants are good, not exceptional but the food was good and delivered promptly. Globally, the hotel service was good and efficient, and the staff always very polite and helpful. We really appreciated this point! We didn’t experienced the spa, but my son did the fitness room, which was very clean and well equipped. We have to highlight just 2 points that could be improved: 1. The transfer from the airport to the hotel (a 5-minute drive!) is invoiced 7,000 XPF / 60€ which is too expensive by far for such a one-way drive! It is better to take a taxi, which costs XPF 2000 / 18€. 2. As the room was not ready at our arrival (it was 06:00am…) we were proposed to use the « day lounge ». Though it was clean and globally comfortable, paying 9,000XPF / 75€ for a shower and a few crackers is a bit ridiculous… not to say more. Overall, we would return in this hotel again though the high level of prices, as you can experience everywhere in the rest of the French Polynesia.

Place to stay in Papeete. Save the money and stay here over the run down intercontinental.

I had no idea how fancy this hotel was. It was amazing and the pool is great. Kids loved it. Very convenient to the airport. Rooms very updated and beds were extremely comfortable. Highly recommend this resort. Great value.

Excellent stay at the Hilton and of course expect that overall, for the price! The property and location are good and convenient as well. Room and dining areas were well placed, and the food was very good. Would stay again and recommend.

Amazing view

The property is very beautiful, safe and conveniently located next to a shopping area. Dining options within the hotel were quite nice and varied. I wish there was a more convenient way to get to the nearby Papete market other than by spending $30 roundtrip.

Was great but typical hotel. Was disappointed in food range. Was looking forward to a seafood night or entertainment. Food wasn’t great breakfast average. Italian restaurant 5 star. Convenience resort shop too expensive. Pool great but no beach

staff is very unfriendly and not acommodating at all. standard answer is "no" for everything. overcharged for 2 kids despite having a double queen room that sleeps 4. no manager available to talk to. never staying at another hilton property

Great location, 6 min from the airport, wonderful friendly staff. Beautiful views of ocean and Moorea! San restaurant sushi was AMAZING!! Free parking. Pool closes @7pm but it’s so pretty at night
