We ended our summer/beach vacation (staying in Halkidiki for 10 days) at This hotel since we wanted to end with some days in the city. Location is central but not as central as other hotel options we where looking at. But it had a rooftop pool and the restaurant served Nikkei Style food- our favorite! So therefore the choice was made.
We got 2 mails ahead wishing us Welcome and that they where looking forward to our stay - nice gesture!
At our arrival we got informed that the kitchen would be close that evening (the next day we already had plans with friends) and Also the pool due to maintance. The pool keep close during our whole stay!
We also had other incidents with glas on the balcony floor and our keycard that kept shouting down everything - This was handled right away and the staff was serviceminded and friendly!
But overall I was super dissapointed at This Booking since the Main reason of the booking was the pool and the Nikkei kitchen - who we never got to experience.

I had a wonderful week at the Onoma hotel where I stayed with my daughter. Personalized welcome with a little welcome note in the room that I loved, the cleanliness, the calm. The buffet breakfast, the proximity to the city center. The professionalism, availability and kindness of the staff: Anna, Artemis, Tamira and all their colleagues were incredible. I will come back with great pleasure for a vacation or a long weekend. You are really on top.

All good, though if you sleep direction of town, mind that the basketball court is open till 23:00 and its loud...if you wanna sleep before, very difficult, screaming kids and bounce bounce noise that echoes in the courtyard.
If you sleep direction of sea, there is a big street infront. So basically both directions no possibility to sleep with open window.
Besides that breakfast is good, staff is impeccable, all friendly, rooftop is cozy, though location is a little off center but 20min walking gets you to main areas.
Price was very good. Also bar prices fair.

The hotel was very chic and nice. Very good breakfast.
But the room we got was a handicap-room, with very strange bathroom. The room itself was small for two persons. The bathroom had no shelfs. Very strange.
The roof-terrace (with small swimmingpool) of the hotel was very nice, BUT you had to order minimum 40 EUR in the bar to sit there. Even as a hotel guest. Very strange.

Firstly, it should not be considered as a five star hotel. When I called to confirm the parking spot while driving from the airport, the person at the reception was not polite at all (and the parking fee is 15€, no information aboit that extra fee on hotels.com). Secondly, there was a coffee spoiled on my carpet and bedsheets. The room was dark (and don't expect an upgrade with your gold status). When coming to the hotel with the takeaway coffee, I was told by the staff not to carry it around the hotel since it is no allowed. Breakfast is OK but no scramble eggs. Last thing - the water was dropping from the ceiling at the reception strait on my head (no info about that). Overall 6/10, definitely not higher.

Breakfast was great, good variety of food and rooms are nicely decorated and spacious. Pool wasn’t big, but does the job for a warm day. Rooftop area is great and we had a couple of meals there. Definitely recommend this place! About 15 min walking from restaurants and shopping areas.

This hotel is a gem, so many fun things, the staff is lovely, the breakfast great, the restaurant at the roof amazing (one of the delicious meals I had in a long time).

Very nice cloud bar and innovative restaurant menu.
A bit small rooftop pool but clean and modern. Be wary of the nickname-room that is for wheelchairs mainly.

We had a great stay at Onoma. The kids loved the playground area. The breakfast was really nice and we enjoyed the rooftop bar with good views on the sea. Location is not too bad but could be more central

Generally a pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the general ambience is modern and nice. The rooftop bar and pool were small but sufficient. Convenient if coming to Thessaloniki by rail or intercity coach because the hotel is 5 mins from the train station and coach stop. However, it is slightly outside the city centre and takes ~20 mins to Aristotle Square and ~30 mins to the White Tower on foot.

Nice place overall. However, there is room for improvement. A bit far from the actual center of town (30 min by foot). Quite a lot of dust in the room. Modern room technology. No one tells you (even if you asked) that taxis charge you extra if you pay by card.

The hotel does not offer parking as it is listed in their amenities. They only have 6 spots which you need to reserve prior to arriving but nothing is mentioned on their website or Expedia page. Staff not polite at all. Our room was never refilled with shampoo or conditioner. When we called down to ask for anything it was like we were bothering them. Oh and don’t call after 11pm because there is only one person working and they can’t help you with anything!!! Truly one of the worst places I have stayed ever.

Parking is a falsely advertised. Area is not clean or safe. Check in process is unusual. Even though I pointed out I was a Gold member I was given to given any VIP perks. As a matter of fact I recieved a smaller room on a lowernumber floor without a balcony then the rest of my party who were not gold members.

Great modern hotel very close to the city centre and the sea side. Rooms are clean and modern. Hotel staff is extremely friendly. I highly recommend it.
