Pretty decent for the price. Small room but I’d say it was average for what you get in Japan for this price range. Good location for walking and train stations. Great that they’ll store you bags before you are able to check in.

The hotel has very convenient location. But from all hotels we have stayed in Japan, this one was by far the worst. It is dirty, the room had disgusting odour and it was noisy. Definitely not worth it, despite the low price. The staff is mainly non-Japanese and is not much friendly.

Dirty, water coming out of the bathroom all the time. Small rooms, ugly and old sheets, we lost one card and had to pay 3000 yen. Location was good but only thing.

Central , easy access to all amenities

We arrived at the hotel before our check in time, but the man on reception phoned to see if our rooms were ready, and then checked us in early, great customer service. Rooms were clean, comfortable and had plenty of space, free toiletries and extra things such as toothbrushes and paste

Dusty headboard, bathroom in poor condition, major water damage lurking behind the tiling of the bathroom - made me question the cleanliness of the whole place. Could barely fit anything in the fridge. Hardest spring mattress I slept on throughout my two weeks in Japan. Got assigned a room in front of the elevator on the 7th floor. You can hear everything, every single inconsiderate person having full on conversation yelling at the vending machine and the laundry room. Map out your travel plans to make sure walking to and from the train station w things you inevitably end up buying isn’t too heavy.

we could hear the elevator door ring and the people walking one floor above us all the time. The fire larm can also be (easily?) triggered with steam from the bathroom, which actually happened to someone in the middle of the night on our first day. The pilows were uncomfortable and the matress very stiff. otherwise everything was clean and the utilities were more than sufficient. If not for our trouble sleeping it would be a wonderful price.

The One five was a great place to stay, the room was clean and the staff were friendly. It is a short distance from convinience stores, the subway and Dotonbori.

Wow, where do I even start with this hotel. I travelled around the main/bigger cities of Japan for a few weeks and expected more from a hotel in Osaka. This place was extremely no frills – okay, fine. The room was small, the bathroom layout was annoying (no electrical outlet…. so where do I blow dry my hair??). The room itself was dingy and old, the refrigerator needed to be switched on and switched off sometimes randomly, even if I had something in the fridge. I expected most hotels to have the luggage forwarding service, but the front desk guy looked at me blankly until I specifically asked for Yamato. He said there were a few locations nearby, but they (the hotel) didn’t do it. Most nights I could hear loud conversations in the hall, sometimes shouting. It was a 15 minute walk from the nearest subway which was fine, but honestly I have nothing good to say about this hotel. Worst place I’ve ever stayed.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Close to convenient stores and major food outlets and shopping. A bit older than some accomodation we had but very clean and suited our purpose and budget. Would stay again.

The location was near to shopping area and alot of restaurant to eat. It was a wonderful stay.

Decent hotel not to far from Dotonbori area.

Location is far from subway. 15-17 minutes walk from subway... After a long day of outdoor activities, returning to this hotel is painful. Booked a 2 twin bed but the beds seems to be only a single sized bed. Travelled with my husbanf and 2 kids so it was tight even after we put the beds together. Sorry to say will not return here with my family. :(

I like the location as there many restaurants and shopping. One of the cheapest hotel in the area. Quick check in and out. Room is small but clean. Overall it meet my expectations.look forward to stay there again. Thumbs up and thank you so much.

Everything is neutral, nothing stands out good or bad for me for this hotel, it is an older hotel with older equipments compare to the newer hotels. But it was okay,

I think it would be nice to have better instruction how to get to the property. As a first time to Osaka, it is a sense of relief to know exactly where I need to go.

The location of the hotel is convenient, but the hotel is a bit dated, the hallways and carpets are full of stains. The reception staff did not speak English, so communication was a challenge.

First time in Osaka and I was afraid about the location; however it ended up being close to multiple train stations (5 blocks away the closest). Easy access to main attractions (Osaka Castle and USJ). Easy and quick check in and out. The room was perfect for our stay.

It was okay but there was some issues with the shower flooding and cleanilness of the bathroom.
