This is an excellent hotel, very quiet, state of the art technology, very friendly, staff very professional, must visit.

This was a last minute booking (on a Sunday) and I was most disappointed as I sat at the front desk for 25 minutes waiting for someone to check me in. That was strange and very uncomfortable as folks were coming in and the bartender who noted they couldn’t do anything about my standing there. She was unempathetic/dismissive.

This is the absolute best hotel I have ever stayed in, within Charlotte. Normally I stay at the Westin but decided to give this hotel a try because of the aesthetics and the price & I am so glad that I went with this hotel. It was sooooooo beautiful & worth EVERY DIME! Ms.Mary at the front desk was such a beautiful lady, she was so sweet & knowledgeable.

What an amazing facility Only suggestion, slightly softer mattress.

Property was good. Room wasn’t clean upon checking in. Staff offered to move me to a different room.

Cleanliness

The hotel canceled my reservation an hour before my arrival. I made the reservation about 3-4 months in advance. After a long day at work and a 3 hours drive with an early morning meeting the next day, I arrived to find that my reservation was canceled. The staff then seemed to chastise me because I didn’t answer their phone call while I was driving to the hotel. I asked them why they canceled and I got something like, “Well, we called you and you didn’t answer.” They made it seem that my reservation was canceled because I don’t answer the call. They took no responsibility and gave me no reason. I have stayed here multiple times per year for years but am considering going somewhere else in the future. Sure the cancellation was an issue but the poor attitude of the manager may seal the deal.

The property was fabulous. I used to live across the street from the hotel and must admit it fits into the community vibe.

This was a great stay...we visit our daughter who lives/works in Charlotte and like the AC for proximity to her home. It would be helpful to manage the lobby activity near front desk. Those drinking and lingering into the front desk area, LOUD and OBNOXIOUS can be much (typically Parents of athletic kids staying and over indulging every night). AC Hotel is the best and prime spot for a quality and premium stay. Note: they do NOT perform nightly housekeeping, it is only every other day. Great hotel!!! Great staff! Great amenities and surrounding retail & restaurants. BlackFinn & Egg Spectation...YUMM!

Worked out really great for our weekend staycation. Will come back again

No complaints

I booked a room for my wife to get away and have some child free quiet time to relax. I used some of my OneKey rewards and paid for the balance but this hotel and its staff absolutely defeated the point by creating an experience where she had to deal with inaccurate charges upon checkout. Then she was told the manager wouldn’t be in until the late afternoon and nothing could be done until then and required us to return to the hotel to deal with it. As a Bonvoy Gold Elite member, this is an extremely disappointing situation to have to deal with.

Wonderful Hotel ! Staff walked the proverbial extra mile to make sure this was a.pleasant experience. Especially the breakfast was amazing...fresh, loads of healthy options and nicely presented. Only (non- essential )draw back was the shower dripping into the bathroom and generally somewhat of a sloppy craftsmanship, a lack of attention to little details. But that's unfortunately common and everything looks good at first glance, modern and fresh and is -most importantly- clean. Liked it, thank you!

Awesome location. Great rooms. Exercise room was all I could ask for machine-wise and view, although they didn’t have wipe’s available to clean afterwards; despite me letting the front desk know, clean supplies never were made available. Check in process was non-existent. We checked in early on the Bonvoy app. When we checked in no one else was checking in, but the person simply gave me my keys. I like to know- where to park, coffee avail, what about buffet, etc. not a huge deal but obviously a big miss when every other aspect of the hotel was great. Same for checkout process- someone who says “hope your enjoyed your stay, etc” could go a long way. In general would 100% stay here again and my hope is over time the staff becomes a little more welcoming and attentive.

Great hotel in a great location. be sure to check out the rooftop Asian fusion place right next door.

Location is good if you’re in town for work. Lots of restaurants to walk to. Wish parking was better or they added valet,

Great location! Not too far from the airport with ample shopping and restaurants.

The bathroom started leaking and flooded.

We only stayed one night as we had a flight the next day. Check in was very quick and she provided us with all the information that was needed and upgraded our room. The room was very clean and spacious. The only issue was the bathroom door would not close without my husband having to forcefully moving it. Besides that everything was great. Will stay hear again!

Over verifying at front desk was quite embarrassing even once I showed receipt of confirmation number. Requested room to be deep cleaned and wasn’t especially after expressing that I was severely immunocompromised
