I booked L'Olive Hotel very last minute and was really impressed. Everything shown in the photos matched expectations. Huge apartments with everything you need, 2 blocks from the beach. I was also given some excellent recommendations for food and activities in Mamaris. Looking forward to making it back here for a longer stay.

This was a wonderful property and would definitely stay here again. We had a small (But perfect size) apartment with a kitchenette and one bedroom (Queensize bed). We also had a lanai off the living room and off the bedroom as well. Lots of light, AC and very clean. No daily cleaning service, but I regard that as a plus as I'd rather make my own bed and tidy up rather than have someone have access to my room. Also had a washer and provided detergent as well. And the price was more than reasonable. (Meaning that you get a lot for your money!) The check-in and personnel were very helpful and always pleasant. The back common patio area is very welcoming and cute. I would definitely recommend this property! Two short blocks to Marmaris Beach, Shopping and grocery at your fingertips, Dolmus (bus) pick up (to other beaches) is right in front of hotel. This was our favorite hotel on our trip to Turkey (we had 7 accommodations during our 3 weeks) We were here in October and it was quiet. It was just my husband and myself, but this hotel would be perfect for a family.

The rooms are very aesthetic, clean, comfortable, new, spacious, location is great, right above the the main strip of shops whilst still being close to the beach and the supermarket.

Great experience overall. I didn’t expect to get a full apartment with kitchen, washer, two balconies, living room. It was nice to have all the space. The apartment, especially the bathroom, could use a little touch up paint, etc. The staff was great and the location is quite perfect. When you walk into the bathroom watch out for the small step, you will stub your toe on it at night. Otherwise enjoy! It’s a great place.

This hotel-home is at a safe Main Street where you can find a lot of shops & restaurants. We stayed for one night with my family. If you need breakfast you can find while walking around plus there is a supermarket 3 minutes walk distance.

It was a lovely hotel with easy access to the beach, shops, public transport and restaurants. Old Town was a 25 minute walk away. The promenade is 1 minute away where you can ride a bike, go for a walk or run. All in all we had a great stay.

Great place, lots of room and everything was in perfect condition. Would recommend to anyone.

Fresh nice look. While simple it offered everything. Good value for the cost we paid. In busier times it could be noiser (it's on the main street).

Very friendly staff. Good location on main road a block back from the beach front. Nice and quiet. Highly recommend.

Pros: location is great. Lots of shopping and a short walk to the beach. In suite laundry is a huge plus. Cons: no elevator and our suite was on the top floor which meant carrying heavy luggage up and down steep marble stairs. Definitely something to consider when booking this hotel.

Amazing check in i eas contacted a night before my arrival and the key was left in a passcode lock Great location 2 minutes walk to the beacg and the waterpark. Very helpful staff and 3 balconies !!!

L'Olive was worth every penny and then some. Aweosme staff (thanks Tatyana and team) super location and we'll appointed apartments. Don't think twice about booking here - just do it.

Clean, modern and well appointed both in terms of location and equipment in the apartment. Safe parking in the street behind the apartments.Nice touch having washing powder and tea bags/coffee available for use. Good communication. Thanks for allowing us to check in after your usual hours,much appreciated.

Helpful & beautiful smiles from cleaning staff to reception. Everything you need its all there. My wife said like the apartment has been designed for her in mind.

Cleaning is exceptional! Everything was super clean, nicely decorated, stylish and modern. Seven Hanim and her staff took care of us so well from the day we checked until we checked out. They are so friendly and kind people. Location is really nice. Only 100m away from the beach and hot spots. It has everything more than you need!
