First and foremost, the team at reception and at breakfast. Sebastian, who has only been at his job for one week exemplifies the service of a 5 star hotel. There was a mis communication regarding when breakfast ended (10am on Wednesday's). We showed up at 10:15 am and was told we missed the breakfast slotted time. However, Sebastian made an exception and made sure we had everything we wanted for breakfast! This really made us exceptionally grateful because we chose Hotel LEONOR based on the review of how fantastic their breakfast is. THANK YOU Sebastian for being flexible and thinking of the customer.

As always a great stay. Its a nice and very Clean Hotel. Unfortunately my Gold Expedia Status never gave me a free Upgrade. Other than that I can highly recommend this Hotel.

Good location, easy to walk to the center of Strasbourg. Hotel looks new and clean, has a nice area for dining. Restaurant was closed for summer, but we had nice welcome drink and breakfast was really good. Ladies at reception very friendly and helpful, we had to charge our phones and they helped us. Overall very nice and pleasant stay, for sure come again.

Our second time visiting Léonor for one night and it was brilliant again. Will always be our go-to in Strasbourg.

We had a wonderful stay at Leonor Hotel. The staff were kind, welcoming and helpful, and the hotel and rooms are clean, modern and nice. The breakfast buffet is delicious and features fresh and local items - we looked forward to it every day. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Strasbourg.

Good service, good built quality

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful part of town. Even my teenager loved it! Beautiful design, comfortable beds and great servive. We will have to come back again!

Overall a good stay with a few caveats. Pros/Cons: Pros: Very walkable in central area of the city. Comfortable bed, large towels and nice shower. WiFi was strong. Free water/juice in room. Nice pillows. Cool bar/outdoor patio. Cons: Parking is NOT on site, it’s an unaffiliated public garage down the street and around a corner, about a 5 min walk (wasn’t clear at all when booking, so that was frustrating when we arrived and were trying to navigate the narrow streets. They shouldn’t have the hotel listed as ‘parking available’ in Expedia, they should describe as is- parking garage in the neighborhood). Also, the AC was not what we would call AC, it’s more like a cooling fan that provides some moving air. Overall fine for our last minute stay 👍

I will recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Munich. It was really an incredible stay!

What a delightful surprise. The hotel is discreetly hidden from the city life, you wouldn’t know it’s there but for the Hotel Leonor sign outside. Walk in through the front door and it feels like an oasis. It has a beautiful contemporary lobby, inviting bat area and a beautiful inviting courtyard. I could spend an afternoon there sipping on my favorite drink, which I did! The room was clean, modern and high ceilings. Will definitely return!

Leonor feels elegant as soon as you enter the automatic glass doors. I appreciated the decor in the halls, the design of the room, and the beautiful courtyard. It's a beautiful property and we loved Strasbourg so much we stayed an extra night at Leonor. My only issue was the climate control in the room, which we couldn't get cool enough. The outside temp was in the high 50s but the open window wasn't enough to circulate air, so we tried to use the fan system in the room with little success.

Wonderful place to stay...comfortable, attractive, good food and good friendly staff. Only concern I would raise is that the floor of the shower was very slippery.

Gorgeous hotel. Though I didn't get to eat at the restaurant the bar area and gardens were perfect for and afternoon wine or a nightcap. It's also walking distance to all the key sights in the city without being in the center of the crowds. Definitely my new favorite hotel for when I visit the city on weekends!

Great location near shopping and restaurants. Room was nice, clean and quiet. We didn’t try the restaurant but we enjoyed the bar and courtyard. I would return to the hotel if ever in Strasbourg and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Nice mix of modern and historical ambiance. Every staff member we met was very friendly and helpful. Good location in a quiet area but walkable to the main sites. Breakfast buffet was amazing.

After a rather cold reception and waiting two hours for my room, every thing was really very good, lunch and breakfast at the property were delicious, staff very polite. My room was very well appointed!
