The sink wouldn’t drain finally able to remove the stopper altogether. The bath tub would not hold water so unable to take a bath. Asked for someone to check and was told that someone would come up but that never happened. The bill was incorrect and very very confusing. Had to stand at the front desk and wait while she figured it out.

This is the newest hotel in Clear Lake and most expensive. I got to my room late and 3 of 4 light bulbs were burnt out. I was solo and wanted to watch some television. The TV worked for a couple minutes then the screen would go black and only have sound. I seen a few misc. screws laying around from construction maybe. Bed was comfortable! If you’re going for business save your money and stay somewhere else.

It is a beautiful building I was just expecting the room to be cleaner.

It was good. Breakfast is great. We've stayed there the last 2 trips for a car show and there's ample parking for our trucks and trailers.

Room not ready at 3:00. Came back at 4:00. Got room that had ladder & plastic in bath, beds unmade. Finally got descent room on 3rd try. One attendant at front desk.

Initially, I was very impressed with this hotel. The staff is awesome, the check in area was clean and finding what I needed was easy.
I had a hard time getting into my room as the door was so heavy. Once in, we could not adjust the temperature. It was like a sauna all night.
We decided to rent a movie, but the sound kept going out and we had to restart 3 different times.
In the morning, I noticed the wall mounted shampoo was empty.in all,it was a good experience, but that room was not for me.

Staff was very professional and helpful. Even went out if their way to make sure I could charge my electric vehicle when the on-site charging stations didn’t fit.

did not like the two spiders at the ceiling spinning webs, did not care for the uncooked oatmeal, did not like the noise the door made when another room door slammed shut, did not like the lack of directions on operating the tv!

I’ve stayed at this hotel before but this time the TV didn’t work and the deadbolt didn’t lock.
I reported it to the front desk.

Check in was very smooth and front desk person was courteous and helpful. Checkout front desk person was very rude.

I found running the temp in the room too complicated. Almost called the staff to assist. Had to unplug the unit several times, then found the thermostat ran everything, but nit how I like it with fan running continuously.

Fairfield is the newest hotel I’m Clear Lake and they are still working out the bugs. Our first room the lock mechanism on the door didn’t work so we moved the next room one tv didn’t work so we moved again and the third room everything worked each room was nice and clean.

Came here for an event at the Surf. Stayed with 2 of our teenagers. Accommodations were clean and we had a nice overnight.

Manager was extremely rude! The hotel had a big party for new years it was loud and there was trash everywhere, was not able to sleep. Breakfast food was very poor quality. Received an incidental charge for something that was not from our stay.

I have stayed in numerous hotels over the past 50 years. This one i will remember as one of the top three worst. Main reason to stay at a hotel is to sleep. Impossible here. Highway noise and other outdoor noises all night. All hallway noises come through. Hotel doors slam shut. HVAC unit makes hundreds of clicking noises. Floor above my room squeaked with every step the occupants took. And i really dislike hearing people above going to the bathroom (pre-flush). I got maybe 90 minutes of sleep and was glad to leave.

I was traveling alone with two children and I really appreciated the man working the counter for not saying our room number out loud and just pointing at it on the key card. The hotel was clean, the kids loved the pool, and breakfast was free and delicious.

Beautiful new hotel. Coldest indoor pool I have ever been in. Ice cold water making it worthless! Really sad for a 4 year old who waited for 4 hours to get in a pool for just a hour of a road trip.
