We had a highway facing room which thrilled our three year old. It can get a bit noisy but nothing unmanageable and the complimentary white noise machine quickly solved the problem.
Pool was great but there was a swimming lesson happening while we were there. We confirmed with reception that the pool was open, they could have given us a heads up. It was uncomfortable and we felt like we were in the way.
Breakfast was good and room had all necessary amenities.

Very Clean and renovated Hotel HOWEVER it is extremely loud being close to the Highway - you need to plan for Ear Plugs.

Was very good. Area has issues with car breaking. Saw a lot of broken glass in parking lot and signs stating that they are not responsible for theft. Better security would be nice.

No way yo cool the 80 degree rooms. Woke up sweating in middle of the night both nights. Poor tv selection. Nothing good to watch.

Went for a wedding nearby. Hotel was clean, beds comfy. Breakfast was a bit hectic, crowded. I would definitely stay again.

Well, I was unhappy from the very beginning because this was advertised as a hotel near the airport and it was nowhere near the airport and it cost me $30 each way to get to it. I could’ve gotten a closer hotel for that $60 that I paid then when I got there the room just smelled like some kind of chemical that they must’ve used to try to get a rid of whatever smell I’ve been there before, I almost asked for another room but I was I was just too tired. Then I couldn’t get the bathtub to work which was a disappointment and the free breakfast well I didn’t get to get the free breakfast because apparently they didn’t start serving it till after I had to leave for the airport, but I was told by the front desk person that they would have a sack breakfast for me to take when I got down there. There was no such thing And the guy ran and hurried and put a banana, an apple and some yogurt into a second and I just handed it to me. I was not impressed and I would not recommend staying there again.

Far driving from downtown Montreal but hotel was good, their food in the morning was great and very clean.

Compact room with only basic amenities, you cannot ask for room service around 10pm as house maids is not present and will need to personally go down to front desk assuming they have what you need.
Breakfast is very basic so don’t expect too much from it.

My stay was wonderful. Both the hotel and my room were immaculately clean. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom luxurious. I had one dinner and one breakfast at the hotel and the food is delicious. Staff was friendly. Exceptional hotel stay for the price.

Generic type hotel and very expensive. The room was large and very clean and surprisingly quiet They were great about reserving a cab for the next morning but was hoping they had a shuttle to the airport.

The property is well maintained and the room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only take was the morning breakfast area, bit tight especially during long weekends and holidays. But surely one of my fav places.

I was in a handicap accessible room. I loved the space, the walk-in shower, and the bar holds (as I have had knee replacements). The only thing I was extra careful about was the shower floor. When wet, it was a little slippery. Otherwise, everything was great.

Very comfy beds, quiet location, kids loved the pool and slide. Very helpful staff! The laundry facility was very handy, and there are many restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant is not worth eating at; limited and expensive food options. The breakfast is buffet style with lots of delicious options. Overall, would definitely stay there again.

Likes: NEWER hotel so everything looks new. My daughter enjoyed the pool which also has a water slide, and hot tub. It is not too far from shopping maybe (1-2km). They also have a gym room that was clean and decent, and guest laundry room (did not use). Breakfast was great. You also need a card to enter or exit parking, which may help for security. Note: only if you stay 2 night that you get some room service, but this was fine for us.
Could be better: because of its closeness to Trans Canada highway (autoroute 40), you get some traffic noise but there is not much that can be done about that.
The room we were in ( 2 beds) was tight for space (maybe that is why it is called Microtel!). We also needed to go sign out an iron.
Overall, a very good hotel. Would recommend.

Staff was not welcoming. Staff at breakfast time was kind of rude like we are getting free food to eat as if we are begging for the food. No vegetable option at breakfast time. If you don't eat meat and eggs then there is only coffee and bananas for you. Not at all safe area. Park at your own risk because there so many incidence of car theft recently and hotel staff is not at all bothered about this.
