Amazing

Lovely hotel and great view from our room. Breakfast / Great choice of delicious food. Archie’s food in the evening was very good but I think the hotel could have a Special each night to add variety to a limited menu . On the negative side there was no safe in the room, the wall was paper thin and rattled every time the neighbours closed their door and there was minimal space to put your cases away . Overall these negatives were minimal compared to the positives. The stay was overall very enjoyable.

Beautifully put together hotel, immaculate decor and attention to detail. Rooms were really lovely and comfortable. Staff were lovely. Pam’s Pool Deck is also a lovely touch! Would recommend to anyone and will be visiting again.

The amenities are superb, its literally a resort within the hotel. The price is a bit expensive however for a weekend trip its amazing woukd highly recommend. Make sure to get a room with the pool club included!

Amazing stay! Front desk staff were very helpful when we messed up the parking!!

The room we got was on the 16th floor and we had no phone to contact the reception so we had to go all the way down to the reception for any request.The small rooms are not for medium size people, they are too small.Shower was horrible, so chalky that the water almost did not came out, so we had to clean the shower brush.The Elevator system was very complicated and without instructions from staff, I would not recommend this for people with stress and anxiety.If u come from long time trip, and very tired, it’s not easy to go up to ur room. We booked the hotel especially because of the pool and casino but you can’t enter the outside pool area without paying a huge amount of payment and you can only sit there for 2 hours maximum, And that is not mentioned anywhere.You cannot use the casino if you dont have a Swedish bank account, and that is not mentioned anywhere as well.Because of our experience at the hotel the staff gave us an upgrade to the breakfast on the 26 floor and which should be the exceptional breakfast, but in the buffet there was scrambled eggs with black long hair inside. Of course we told the staff about it, so they removed the scrambled egg. But as you can imagine that killed our appetite.Before booking the hotel we called the hotel to confirm about the pool and casino just to be sure and they didn’t mention anything about the pool extra expenses or the casino rules. We are extremely sad with our hotel experience and expenses.

Nice accommodation, a lot of focus and effort on amenities / other features of the hotel, maybe missed some basics (room provisions are quite limited…no tea/coffee or hairdryer etc.

This hotel and the customer service is awful, i got a parking ticket as they di not advise me on the parking requirements at the hotel despite me asking 3 times. Once i got the fine they were no help in trying to get it overturned. Awful experience, first time in 10 years of business i have had such a bad experience!

Catered to a younger crowd, hip and flashy. Loud music in lobby, pool deck with loud music. We had a room on 14th floor and could hear the bass from the pool deck from 12pm - 10pm. If you’re out all day, no problem. If you want an afternoon nap, yes problem. No tea/coffee maker in room, had to get dressed and go down to the lobby for early morning coffee. We’re a couple around 50 we don’t care for loud music and like convenience in our life. So this hotel wasn’t quite right for us. If you’re a young person and like your surroundings more lively then this hotel is great. If you can fork out the $.

It was amazing the room was a little small, but the rest was so amazing.

Modern, clean, comfortable. Breakfast options are very good, but no lattes, you have to PAY for a latte. Rooms are very tiny with no desk or chair for computer. No hot water kettle in room. Many social areas inside the building. Very good gym. Location is okay.

Great hotel, fancy and clean.

Wonderful hotel. Great breakfast and facilities (best hotel gym I've seen possibly ever). The decor is Great Gatsbyesque not to everyone's liking but all in all a great stay.

This place is hip and has such a great vibe! The only negative is that you must take an uber or taxi to get to the city center (about a 10-minute ride). The first thing that hits you is its decor and then the music. Our room was awesome, and our bathroom's view was very unique. The breakfast was very good....

Fantastic hotel. I would suggest it could be the best hotel in the Nordic region. Has every imaginable facility . Staff are exceptional . 27th floor leisure resort is a must see

The hotel was lovely. Great service. Lots of things to do and a lovely selection of restaurants to dine in. Only downside was that there was no phone in the room so having to contact room service I had to use my international minutes for this. Not experienced this at any hotel before. There is also no room service during the day so you have to leave your room for food. Final issue was the bed was 2 singles put together and bedding was also laid as 2 singles which was odd but manageable. I would definitely recommend to friends and family regardless!

I do not understand, How pool could be fully booked? A 5 star Hotel Resorts should have pool available and free. They had no available pool even if it was available you need to book and pay. Small room even couldn't pass to the another side of the bed easily . It's not recommended as a 5start hotel at all.

Trendy modern hotel with nice spa department

Multitude of things to do. Lovely staff and great atmosphere. Loved the interior and the breakfast. The pool club on a Friday night was absolutely sensational. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it was honestly amazing. It was like a mini resort.

I couldn't find anything I liked about this hotel. While the cleanliness was satisfactory, my overall experience was disappointing. The staff seemed unhappy and unhelpful. It was inconvenient not having a phone in my room; every time I needed something, I had to walk to the lobby. Despite being on the 17th floor, the view was not impressive. The breakfast was the worst part of my stay, with poor quality offerings. Overall, this hotel did not live up to its rating

Hotel is new and very stylish, no complaints there. What took down the grading, dinner at Gogogaga, we asked for all the vegetarian dishes on the menu... two dished we didn´t get at all (they were forgotten) and two dishes were not adjusted (fish eggs and fish sauce). We were compensated, but I would rather have had a nice dinner... The papaya salad was a joke, grated carrots, bean sprouts and a tiny bit of papaya, toped with some soya sauce. The breakfast was another adventure, being vegetarian and having some food allergies it was not easy because no sign contained allergy information... not even in the special foods section...
