Location is good for exploring the Tallinn old town. More attention is needed in relation to room cleaning. The breakfast is good.

The city center - a great stay in the vicinity of dining, shopping, and old town places. The room I received was rather small, but okay for a night or two. The bed was comfortable and clean. The rug and the floor covers looked dated and ready to be replaced. The staff was courteous and helpful.

I had a bit of an issue during check in, but staff helped me to fix it. Very nice central location, budget hotel at a good price

Overall stay OK but big security issue and no one care ! Early morning someone manipulate the door with noise and succeed to enter (seems without card, probably just open with a tool as doors are not great locked). Hopefully we wake up and the guy left, but we were afraid by this event. I informed the reception 2 time about that, that they must check their various cameras and warn the police and inform us, but they just don’t care about this incursion. So place to avoid if you want to sleep safe.

Excellent location in the old city. Perfect for exploring. 3 quick notes first if you are not used to bright sun between 4am - 12pm to blinds will not keep the room dark - easily rectified by use of an eye mask, second only one small elevator - be ready to wait or be happy to take the stairs some times, third you’ll have to walk a bit for food that isn’t in the tourist area - again only a problem if you choose it to be

Two nights in the two room suite. The room was nice and I liked that there was a mini fridge instead of a mini bar. The spa bath tub was a pleasant experience. Noise from the street was occasional but not disturbing - we were there from Tuesday to Thursday, so things can be different on a weekend as there is a karaoke bar right across the street. The location in the old town is good and the staff were efficient and friendly. WiFi worked flawlessly.

Changes in booking was troublesome, and the hotels communication in Estonian language was not very useful. Otherwise good location and fine hotel. Breakfast has improvement potential.

Perfect location in the Old Town. Gives an impression of being "outdated and worn". No smiling staff! I was given a room on the 4th floor, with a view to another building in the same complex very close with distance maximum 4 metres. When, after dinner and a walk around the Old Town, I returned to the room. It then turned out that in the building I had a view of, there was a nightclub/bar with a terrace, also on the 4th floor. I had full access to the party! There was a full party and very loud music. This continued throughout the night. Absolutely hopeless! On my request at reception the following morning, if this really wasn't something I should have been informed about? Was the answer, "at the risk of you taking me as rude, I would ask you to read the description of the hotel better! This is Tallinn, a party city, and especially here in the Old Town, and then there is music and parties" I have read through the description given on Rixwell's website of the hotel. There is nothing to indicate that here you must be set on sleeping to pounding high bass, and an outdoor party on the terrace of the building 4 meters away. I cannot recommend this hotel and will naturally never stay there again

Nice hotel located just inside the old city walls, with large rooms, maybe slightly dated, but exceptional value for money. Friendly staff, and a great bakery/cafe underneath called Rukis which did great breakfasts. Would definitely stay again

Great location just within the city walls, close to major old town sights and also 2 supermarkets about 3-4 blocks away. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. I would stay here again.

On checking in my bed had stain all over it the receptionist was pleasant and immediately changed my room. Room was very cold called reception who said she was going to get them turn the heating on which happened but room never warmed up. The only pros was the location

The location of this property is awesome! It is literally a few steps from Viru Gate as you enter the Old Town, which is perfect for tourists. It has lots of cafes and restaurants as soon as you walk out of the hotel. The staff was very helpful. The room was very large and clean. The only thing I would want other guests to know is if you are staying here over the weekend, then it will be loud. There are lots of restaurants and bars downstairs that are open until 5am in the morning, so bring your earplugs! Other than that this hotel is excellent, and I would hands down stay here again when I come back to Tallinn!

Very convenient and nice hotel to stay if you want to hit up the bars and clubs

Great location. Impatient welcome. Blood by the lift which wasnt cleaned off the carpet when i left, four days after noticing it. Needs new towels and the shower was blocked. Having said all of that, Ive stayed here many times before and been generally impressed, so I'll be hoping this is a blip instead of the start of a downward trend.

Fantastic hotel right in the middle of town walking distance to everywhere, Only down fall there was no kettle in room apart from this i would definitely go back Lovely buffet breakfast too

We booked no breakfast so no rating on it. In general, the hotel is ok to stay some days in Tallinn if you don‘t expect high standards. The carpets and other furnitures are a bit used. The bathroom was clean.

Amazing property centrally located

A good hotel, well-located for the old town. Our room was a bit cold and only had one small radiator, which was directly under a window. The room was nice and spacious and the bathroom was ample. We upgraded and had a sauna in our room, which was great. The decor is a little old-fashioned but in good condition and the room was clean. Breakfast was a pretty decent selection.

The hotel rooms were very, very dirty. In one of our rooms, the toilet had pee in it and had not been flushed or cleaned. The bathroom smelled worse than a public restroom. In the second room we reserved, there was a man’s underwear hanging on top of the hair dryer. The carpets were filthy and the rooms smelled musky and dirty. I question if the linens were changed between guests. I would never stay again.

A great hotel in the old city. Good breakfast, clean, modern, quiet and with a lot in easy walking distance.

Pillow, pillow cover, mattresses, blanket, everything is in polyester, so I could not sleep well. Please use cotton . Perfect location

Nice, hasslefree and welcoming reception. Overall a good value for the money. Only shortcoming was the coffee at the breakfast. The coffee machine didn’t work properly but things happens sometimes.
