Roaches in the room!
3.1
Just know there are no hair dryers or irons in the room. You have to borrow from the front desk but of course they’re all being used all the time. No one is downstairs at the front from like 11-4. Says no smoking but somebody was smoking SOMETHING. I would not stay there again.
3.1
Nothing was in my room in the kitchen. You have to provide everything you need. Not even a cable channel guide. Remote didn’t work right. But I guess for $47 a night not bad but $78 that Hotel.com had me paying was ridiculous for what I didn’t get there. No continental breakfast.

Bad smell in halls and in elevator. Needing poor quality

My stay was good.

Horrible staff and hospitality, dirty, bugs, outside area filthy

Worst place I've ever stayed! Front desk closed up at night. No room service on multiple nights. Rooms stink. Barking dogs in hallway at 3 in the morning both nights. An alarm in hallway is beeping at 2 in the morning for a couple of hours. My niece is locked out her room one night for an hour and half till someone showed up and mold on her ceiling. The outside of the building has obviously been redone so BEWARE!!....devil in disguise!!

If you have low expectations/ standards, you’ll think this place is nice. The outside is very deceiving. it’s in a new development area, close to stores and restaurants. The full size refrigerator and microwave is nice. But, that’s where the good things end. Immediately when you get past the front desk your hit with a mixture of cigarettes, dog pee, and mildew. And, that follows through all of the hallways. Huge stains in the carpet, walls are paper thin, and dog pee, so much dog pee. The first room I was given smelled like a bomb of bug spray went off, so strong I was choking/gagging. The 2nd room I was given didn’t smell of bug spray thankfully! But, visible bugs in the room, bed is very soft and thin (springs felt through the bed) bedding has stains and burn holes in it, wash clothes and bath towels also have stains on them. This place is just gross. If I could’ve gotten a refund I would have left, but thankfully was only here for 2 nights. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

May recommend better beds.

Staff was very friendly

My recent stay was unfortunately very disappointing. Several aspects of the experience left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied:
Unreasonable Pet Fee: The most significant issue was the pet fee. We were charged a fee which was not clearly communicated at the time of booking. My ESA was ignored. The fee felt excessive especially considering the limited pet amenities provided. I felt penalized for traveling with our pet which should not be the case for a pet-friendly establishment.
Room Quality: The room itself did not meet my expectations. It was not as clean or comfortable as advertised. I found issues with cleanliness and upkeep that made our stay unpleasant.
I did not feel valued as a guest.
Value for Money: Considering the quality of the room and the additional pet fee, the overall value for money was poor. We expected a higher standard of service and accommodation for the price we paid.
Suggestions for Improvement:
Transparency: Clearly communicate all fees, including pet fees, at the time of booking to avoid surprises. Make sure guests understand what they are paying for and why.
Pet Amenities: If a pet fee is charged, ensure that adequate pet amenities and services are provided to justify the cost.

We did not have any maid service at all

Roaches everywhere when we got to the room. In the sink, floor and even on the back of the bed. We were traveling with our 4 month old and the room was non-refundable so I didn’t sleep all night watching that there weren’t any roaches on my babies face while she slept. Absolutely terrible!

Great customer service very quiet

When I checked in, the front desk staff were hanging out in the lobby talking to other guests, saw me walk in with my bags and walk up to the unstaffed desk. I waited a few minutes then rang the bell. It wasn't until that point that the front desk staff in the lobby finally came around the desk to help me.
My first room had a broken TV and I had to be moved to another room.
There was one bar of soap for both the shower and the sink. No other toiletries like shampoo or conditioner.
The floor had a crinkling sound all night - I couldn't tell if it was the floor itself or things walking on the floor.
The entire structure is noisy - all night I could hear people walking around the hotel and it was LOUD in my room. I ended up turning on my TV just to try to drown out the other sounds.
When I left in the morning I wanted to let the staff know. But there was no staff on duty and the front desk was shuttered closed. This was around 7:30 am so not unreasonably early.
This was a horrible experience. I got no sleep and was disappointed across the board with the entire experience.

Got there at 3:30 and no rooms were ready.Girl behide the counter cound not tell me when I could get into a room. Came back at 5:00 and we got keys. Keys didn't work. Went back and they reprogrammed the keys. Went back to the room and 2 girl's were coming out. They gave me a room that someone (2 young girls) have already been been given. That could have been a terrible situation.

This property is well worth the price!
Very clean, hard floors, plenty of space, kitchenette with electric burners, microwave and regular size refrigerator.
Plenty of laundry units and rooms equipped with laundry baskets.

We didn’t even get to stay. We had a pay at property reservation. They ran my card 3-4 days prior and cancelled my reservation with no prior warning. We showed up and the front desk lady was short with us. The manager admitted to cancelling the room. Customer service was awful (except for Mike, but he wasn’t able to help). The front desk lady didn’t even have the corporate number. She wanted to give me the email address at 11 at night when we still needed a place to stay. We had to sleep in our car for a night before we could book somewhere else. And all customer service did was give us 6,000 points that couldn’t even use that weekend. Awful experience.

We travel to Austin Texas once a year to sell Moonrise Candle Co. and in the past have never found the best lodging for our dog and for our traveling needs.
Woodsprings Cedar Park impressed us! Why? Cleanliness of the lobby, the hallways and the rooms mean a lot. Thank you to Amelia the GM and her team for being professional, consistent and focused. I would point out that residents with dogs need to pick up their dog waste as it is all over the landscape. Many blessings and we will be back! #R76

Cleanliness
3.1
Room is minimalist and linens were thin. Beds were hard and pillows flat. Room was clean as was the bathroom. Not somewhere I’d like to stay for more than one night. Barking dogs and heavy footed walker upstairs added to a less than great stay. Opened shades in the morning to no less than 4 city police cars and a crime scene investigation vehicle.
3.1
The room smelled like bug spray. The beds were very soft and uncomfortable. There was no curtain so the light shined in all night. And there were visible bugs in the room.
3.1
The entire building reeks. The floor with our room smelled like a leaking dumpster in particular, with sticky floors and soiled carpeting to match. Our room smelled overwhelmingly of cigarette smoke—like, enough to induce a headache. As far as the room goes, if something was fabric, it was stained. Sheets, pillowcases, towels, washcloths, all of it. I’m not even sure if the towels were washed because of the discoloration and the amount of hair covering them. Not to mention the lack of basics such as no luggage holder, no hangers (despite the space to hang them,) no blow drier, no iron, no toiletries other than a bar of facial soap… rough. Do yourself a favor, spend the extra $20 or so a night and stay at the Hyatt Place next door, you’ll be thankful you did.

This was perfect for an extended stay with the nice kitchenette provided.

Arrived at 1:30pm, room not ready til 9:30pm but still charged for the day. Lots of “riff-raff” lounging on the parking lot

Our stay was excellent!

They did NOT have the handicap room I RESERVED and PAID for. I contacted the manager 3 times in one day, but she did NOT do as she stated she would do. They do NOT pick up trash at your dooor. They do NOT clean except for every 14 days. The mattress has a indentation in it and it creeks and pops.your room

This Woodspring has been a lifesaver for my fiancé and I. Safe, very clean, great customer service, and there are a ton of business nearby to work at if you need employment. Location is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable, we love this place.
3.1
People drinking in the parking lot, staff very unhelpful and an ugly smell.
3.1
We had a horrible stay. I could go on and on about how awful this hotel is. To list a few, the room door wouldn’t lock, no real bed frames (just metal ones), tv didn’t work, no turndown service and we were made to bring down our own dirty towels in order to get new ones. Front desk is not there overnight and most of them are nice but one guy couldn’t care less about customer service. The whole place just feels dirty and dingy and smells bad. You’ll be better off spending a little extra money staying at the Hyatt next door

Clean and quiet

The management let a tailgate party and kook out going, with music from the truck going on at night in the parking lot.Called the front desk and his answer was let me see what I can do. NOTHING HAPPENED. So basically you can do whatever you want in the parking lot of the property.

No one was at the desk. Had to wait forever for someone to show up. When he did, he was extremely non-personable. Almost completely lacking personality, and possibly stoned.
3.1
The noise level on each floor was out of control. My room had a roach on the floor and no one was available when I tried to check in that evening - nor was the front desk open when I tried to check out.

Hotel was loud, next room had a dog that was barking at all hours of the day and night. The floor in the bathroom was literally coming up when i stepped on it (have pictures). There was two pillows in the room that were flat when i got there. Asked for more and the night shift lady said ask in the morning since they were upstairs but the guy in the morning was nowhere to be found, then when i sat there in the lobby for 15 minutes he finally came out and i asked for the pillows he just sat there saying they didnt have any without even trying to check. The hotel outside and lobby smelled like weed and i was right next to the lobby so i got to listen to the other guest start fights and shouting in the lobby. It says theyre a long term place and even though they have a stove top there are no dishes, cooking utensils, silverware, or anything but 5 hangers in the room and a bar of soap in the bathroom. I asked about an iron and didnt not end up getting it because i didnt make it back before closing timewhich is my fault and the ladies working there seemed nice enough and friendly but the guy working messed it up for the other staff.
3.1
They gave me the wrong room. I made my reservation one week in advance and when i entered the room came to find out they gave me the wrong room. The person at front desk was very rude and disrespectful not to mention he was never at the front desk like he should. He said " that's the only room i have you either take it or leave" ...

Hotel is easy convenient location new construction in 2022. Safety of key card to access living areas as a solo traveler this is a plus felt very safe. Room was clean the floor is some type of synthetic type flooring so smelled clean ,no previous smells.Fresh fluffy towels lots of hot water, bed was comfortable air conditioner worked great as was 105’ and me and my puppy were cool. It’s dog friendly just 50$ for him and 5$ per night which is a fair price. Was very quiet heard no noise from other rooms just a door closing which is normal as many are working people. Area outside to walk is safe sidewalks as it sits on edge of 183A toll road so away from busy area a dead end old road runs behind where we walked was quiet with a field so felt like country but not. Kitchen with full size fridge/freezer and microwave a plus to cook top of 2 burners. They have kitchen packages available to purchase if you don’t bring you’re own which is a plus. Very enjoyable stay was 6 nights was my first stay. I’m a traveling nurse so I could potentially stay at Woodbridge Suites on a contract anywhere that hotels are at. Plus staff are very friendly and efficient at their jobs I have no complaints. 😊
