The hotel staff were extremely helpful! From check in to check out and valet service we were treated special! Will stay again😊

With a hurricane approaching the opposite coast of Florida, we were thrown out. Everyone was thrown out to fend for themselves with the hurricane approaching the evening of them, tossing us out when you had a question for front desk you were ask would you like to check out when Holiday Inn directly across the street stayed open the whole time, and you could see rooms were lit up in the Hyatt place did not have TV. Our whole stay was told maintenance forgot to reboot it stress very nerve-racking as I said, they did nothing to accommodate us with category five hurricane approaching the opposite coast of Florida.

Connor with the bell staff was great. Eduardo was okay as well. Interaction with housekeeping staff couldve been better. Other than that, it was an overall great stay.

New place, clean and modern. Convenient location. Continental breakfast was better than most. Restaurant and bar was good, live music which is cool but dj was too loud for dinner service

The hotel was beautiful, felt very luxurious. Only issue we had was the air conditioner in our room was dripping and it kept us up. Called down to the front desk and they immediately switched our room for us. Valet was very friendly and quick.

Hallways smelled

It was a lovely surprise to find in the St. Augustine area. The beach is about a2 block walk and was not too crowded. Beware that the only parking option is valet.

The building is almost brand new (less than a year old). The beach is a short walk from the hotel. But, if you don't feel like walking, they have a shuttle service. There's a restaurant on site, a couple more across the street, and lots more within a short drive. Valet parking is included as one of the fees (don't whine - there's always "fees") and it's a great service at a more than reasonable price. The staff were all friendly and professional and the rooms and all the guest areas were very clean. We will definitely visit this hotel again on our next trip to St. Augustine.

I can’t say enough good things about his hotel. The employees are so friendly and accommodating. We were able to ride a golf cart to the pier and the beach provided by the hotel. The beach is a very short walk if you choose to walk. There’s Publix across the street and a great rooftop bar at the hotel. No need to bring your own beach towels the hotel allows you to check them out daily. The breakfast buffet was excellent and there was fresh coffee out all day with flavored creamer. 10/10 all the way around.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was attentive, professional and friendly. The hotel was very clean and inviting with comfortable beds and entertainment at the rooftop bar. The breakfast was delicious with many options. Great overall stay and would definitely stay here again!

This was a mini vacation from school and work. I enjoyed EVERY MINUTE the staff was so friendly and wonderful. The valet was the best and I had the best time. I'll definitely be back again.

Nice property! Valet folks are very helpful and fast. Yes you have to pay $25 a day for valet. No exception but you can park on street but you still have to pay for it. Allows for rides to beach and pier. Breakfast was ok! No other meat options besides pork. Which we don’t eat. Kids loved the French toast. The beds were crappy. No form we woke up with back pain every morning. The rooftop was fun Saturday night but you have to get a table to be up there kinda a drag, but we bought a few drinks and got a discount for staying there. The pool was clean and gym was nice. The hallways on 2nd floor need cleaning , had a funky smell. Probably due to the pool being on that floor. Wet feet and people overtime. Minus a few hiccups with housekeeping and our microwave not in room as promised first day, it was brought the next day free of charge. Staff is friendly and attentive which made the stay enjoyable.

We loved this hotel! It was very nice, clean, short walk to the beach, and even has free golf cart transportation for nearby locations. The rooftop bar is fabulous! The only negative was our a/c went out late one night and none of our family was able to sleep the entire night as it was 77° in our room. We let the front desk know the next morning and they had maintenance come and look into it and also offered for us to change rooms. We elected to change rooms. They comped one night of valet parking for the inconvenience and I guess I just expected a little more from the Hyatt name.

The staff at this hotel were wonderful. Clean rooms , free breakfast and a 3 minute walk to the beach are all the things we will think about when booking this hotel again.

Our stay at Hyatt Place was truly an enjoyable and relaxing experience! We arrived at 2:30am and Cody was waiting to assist us with our van load of bags. Check in was smoothe and easy. There is a valet charge of $25.00 per day, but that includes water upon your arrival and the use of the golf cart shuttle to the beach. Our room was in perfect condition. Everything was clean and spotless. The beds and the pull out couch were comfortable. The fridge is a bit small and doesn’t include a freezer so we were unable to refreeze our ice packs, but the hotel offers bagged ice for coolers. The breakfast is delicious and they change it up daily! We had had browns, sausage and eggs on day and then French toast, bacon and eggs the next. There was always cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, muffins, fruit, toast and bagels. My husband is allergic to gluten and they were very attentive to his needs. They had gluten free waffles and sausage for him everyday. The staff running breakfast were always kind and helpful while being busy attending to guests and cleaning up the space. There is complimentary tea and coffee available throughout the day in the lobby. The pool and the bathroom/showers are impeccably clean! The valet parking is fast always having our car ready within minutes of requesting it. The golf cart shuttle to the beach was so convenient! The hotel has a Publix grocery store right across the street which was so helpful! Overall I highly recommended this hotel!

The atmosphere was awesome. They provided a shuttle to and from the beach entrance which was really nice. Walking distance to Publix, 2 restaurants and shops. The room was plenty spacious for us & 3 teenagers Nice comfortable beds. The bathroom shower was really nice. The hotel was totally valet parking which we didn't know until we got there. I think it was $25/day added to your room at checkout. My biggest problem was the walking distance from the elevator to our room. Entirely too far for elderly people yet young people would have no problem. I guess that was our fault for not getting a handicap room.

Hotel was very nicely laid out and daily breakfast was such a plus!! Room was terrific and so spacious. Added cost of unnecessary valet parking is a negative. If you plan to park and stay nearby, perhaps not a big deal. But we were on the go a lot of the time, and having to ask for our car multiple times was inconvenient.
