Great stay, room clean and lovely breakfast.

As a family of 4, we were happy to get two full double beds in our room. This is becoming rarer and rarer. The breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly. The facilities are a bit aged, however we would trade that any time for the benefits mentioned above.

Great hotel for our overnight stop. It’s a conference centre and has a cafe, bar and restaurant on site. Our room was large with a comfy bed. Large bathroom. Had a window which opened onto an internal courtyard. Breakfast had lots of options. We ate dinner at a nearby pub that was a 5 min walk away. Parking easy for £5. Paid £10 for early checkin as we had travelled a fair way and wanted to put our feet up but could have sat it out in the lobby - checkin strictly from 3pm.

Suitable for a one night stay on a journey. But not of the standard of other au pair chains.

Very pleasant stay, staff very helpful.. only negative was my pint did not taste very nice and was cloudy, when I said about it I was sold a new one and told it’s because of the bubbles .. Could have just replaced it as the new one was not cloudy at all and tasted completely fine

Lovely little hotel, never stayed before needed few days away due to work business. Very nice lady on reception who checked me in, very lovely gentleman served me breaky. Great choice of full english plus healthy options too. Starbucks inside reception. Great touch. Swimming pool and steam room brilliant. Provides towels so no have to bring one. Only thing for me was the doors slam hard in the hotel room and with hk in the morning dont need alarm clock hahahaha. Rooms have evrything you need and clean. Maybe bottle of water would be nice touch as glasses are provided! All round great few days and the staff very proffesional.

Really cheap value for money. Besides the £5 parking charge grift.

Had a lovely stay wish it was a longer visit

It was our first time to Orida Maidstone. Great place to spend a family break. Staffs are amazing, family friendly environment. The fridge in the bedroom was a bonus. Amazing place to be.

The service was good and staff pleasant but the rooms and bar area were very cold and there is no lift so struggled upstairs with multiple cases and bags

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Room was a great size. Hotel has a pool which is a good size for the kids to play in and not too cold. Would suggest more gluten free options for kids dinner but apart from that a good hotel that I would definitely stay at again and recommend to others.

Great service & food. Quiet relaxing hotel. Large bedrooms. Very clean. Lots of choices for breakfast. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend and stay again when in the area.

Did everything we needed it to do. Nice hotel, rooms could do with updating especially bathrooms. Room clean, bathroom not very clean. Pool area was nice Breakfast was excellent, splendid variety!

People had smoked outside the room previously and was a very strong odour of cigarettes there was also lots of cigarette butts outside the door (garden area)

A good hotel - it’s a shame the night staff closed off my account before I’d checked out so I couldn’t purchase coffee in the morning.

The room was not overly clean, no toilet brush in the bathroom, no cups/ glasses in the bathroom when brushing teeth,

Have stayed at the Orida a number of times. This wonderful 4* Hotel excels in many areas but sadly the rooms are showing their age.

Fabulous breakfast including a pancake station which the children loved - apparently we need to come back as soon as possible to enjoy the pancakes (and swimming pool) again

Property let us down as food delivered cold as they had wedding on, extreme long wait for service all starters cold and child’s crispy as sat under heat lamp to long. They did correct issue but several customers same concern

Nice place to get away

It wasn’t bad, I’d say the hotel was 3 stars not 4. Rooms are dated and the gym was too small for how big the hotel was.

We stayed at the Orida when we attended a wedding local to the hotel, a lovely soacious hotel but not enough staff, empty glasses everywhere I wiped tables etc.

Excellent hotel. Clean, comfortable, big rooms, helpful staff, excellent breakfast, excellent pool and gym facilities, just off the M20, very convenient for the Eurotunnel.

Great trip. The children, both aged over 8 years old, also enjoyed being able to use sauna and steam rooms.

The entrance to this hotel is lovely, the foyer and reception area. However the rooms and especially the bathroom had a dirty feel to it. No amount of cleaning can make up for it. The size of the room was great. Breakfast time was manic, the restaurant area is small, not to mention the health and safety aspect of it. We were seated close to the coffee machine/orange juice machine. An elderly gentleman tipped his tea over my son due to table being to close to the breakfast area.

A pet friendly hotel that you can’t leave your dog in the room alone!!I have never heard about this before.

I had a lovely stay, staff we’re very friendly and the facilities were easily accessible, had a good variety of breakfast, room was spacious. However, the bathroom could have done with additional cleaning mainly the sink. All in all I will definitely stay again

Really lovely stay. All facilities and rooms were lovely.

The staff are super friendly and helpful, the room is big and tidy with fridge, although is a bit old style. The pool and gym are big and functional well.
